Good bank chain for now. My mom uses it and I used to.
Biggest positive I'd say compared to Huntington Bank which I use is, I lost my debit card and waited two weeks for the replacement to arrive in the mail. My mom was able to have her replacement debit card within 20 minutes of entering this bank.

I tried two different times today to deposit some money with no luck and I called service and they told me that it appears that the atm is fully functioning which it wasn’t. Very annoying and frustrating!!

I actually love banking with frost as a company, I have been banking with them since I was a teenager. But I will say, miss Desiree behind the front dest is very rude and ignorant. Insinuating they're terribly busy, won't have an eta to print my statements for me. And after all I said was "ok that's fine let's just get it done" as in, let's get this ball rolling if you think it'll take a while. (Duh) then she accuses me of having a tone and starts to belittle me. Absolutely absurd customer service that I have never encountered at this location. I suggest to management to reevaluate her position at Frost Bank.
