Trash trash trash trash. ATM NEVER WORKS. EVER. Tellers take forever to do anything. Go to any other bank in the city besides this one.

Denise Martin needs to be demotes she has the worst customer service of all and she's the teller supervisor , she is quick to judge you just by the way you look, she's racist , she's rude, and the way she talks down on customers its unacceptable,then when she know shes wrong she plays innocent, frost bank on staples branch manager you need to do something about it it's not right , pls have Miss Cassie or what ever the name of the lady on drive thru window is she need to be your supervisor shes alway nice and professional, once again Denise Martin needs to be retrain .

Teller couldn't read so held up the line for about 10 people so she could go find someone who isn't legally blind. I don't really think blind people should be tellers at a bank. No wonder she never balances her till.

I blame the public education system. None of the people here are literate and can't make decisions. They probably have to ask for permission to drink water like at dollar general. No child left behind.

I've been having problems with the new bank cards, for some reason don't seem to work right the chip or even when you swiped the card it won't let you make the transaction and it's just a bother to me , and it's embarrassing when trying to pay and won't work.Went this morning to fix the problem and they didn't really help they just printed another bank card for me this is going to be the 4th one .The location of this bank is close to my house so that's why I go there but the girl who help me today , when I went inside the bank was kinda rude . I just hope this card works better and won't have no more problems?

You sent me a message about fauld alert after you insist that I close my account on or before March 1st this was informed to me from Joselle I believe that is her name thanks for the alert and I will be in before March 1st to close my account and I will tell other people not to bank with FROST BANK

I just wanna say how much I love frost. I have accounts with well Fargo and navy army now and I get really annoyed with them cause I see how well frost treats their customers compared to the other two. Their customer service team is super friendly and I love that they’re 24/7 so I can always call for help, I couldn’t ask for a better bank!
