I’m going to go by jade. Because I don’t want to miss gender anyone. Be rude and big mad. If you don’t buy her recommend items. Saying it’s just going to break after two weeks. I get it buying preowned headset n a warranty gives you credit. But don’t be upset when someone wants to buy what they want. Geeze. GameStop sucks

Nice new location in the mall but the sales person MIKE... should change his name to "I don't know" . He was rude and didn't seem interested in answering any of our questions or even attempted to find out. ?

We were shopping for a controller for my son's PS3 and while they don't have them in stock the sale person was very helpful in helping us locate a shop near that. Very pleased with the experience.

Switch games are fairly cheap. They were out of switches and Xbox wireless controllers, so that sucked but ilthatsalmost every whereright now. Employees are nice and actually answer the phone when you call.

Amazing service by employees I guess it's the only thing that keeps these stores alive since game prices are so exaggerated and expensive taking into consideration you got Amazon with lower prices. For people that don't know much about videogames GameStop is a great way to understand it
