I’ve requested a call from the district manager or general manager and was told 72 hour turn around time. It’s been a week and a half and still no call. I guess with how the stores are in these areas and the no return calls from the dm and gm is a clear indication as to why these stores are the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Don’t waste your time with GameStop there just a big joke now.

Went to trade in our Xbox and we placed our Xbox on the counter to be inspected by the employee and the employee started to bang it on the counter and said stuff was coming out of it( there wasn’t) Never once plugged it in or actually tested the system just banged it up and made up an excuse to take the item not to mention potentially damaging my item. Such a strange experience.

Customer service here is great, but no way I'm paying the prices they are asking. For example a brand new set of switch controllers cost 89.00. A used set here costs 73.00.I was also surprised that Best Buy had several brand new games that were LOWER then the Gamestop prices.

I wanted to say a special thank you to Lauren, Veronica, and Alex for going above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I’m from Kingsville so I had to make a special trip to CC and they handled everything very professionally, they took their time to answer my questions, they were very thorough and I said to myself I have to let Game Stop know how truly blessed and lucky they are to have such a great group of girls taking care of their customers. Thank you girls again so much!! You all Rock!!!

Visited 3/9/22 the gentleman working was patient and helpful. Gamestop isn't always the best company, upper management is very douche and they have less than ideal business practices, however this is balanced out to me by the massive amount of kind and wonderful people they employee on the Frontline. Underpaid, underappreciated, with no benifits or PTO and yet always a smile and taking the time to help their customers.
