This place is very horrible. Hours say 10:30 online and on the store door. They had the door unlocked and we walked in they came rushing to us and saying they aren’t open and closed and locked the door. If you do not open at 10:30 you need to repost your times online and on the store door. Very ridiculous!!! And very RUDE!!!! Don’t go to Golden Chick in Corpus Christi, Texas!!!

Ordered a large tender family order and was told the tenders had about a 30 minute wait. We then decided to get a regular chicken meal that was over 70$ and waited over 20 minutes just to be told it was gonna be at least another 15 minutes for the regular chicken. when we should have been told it was a bit of a wait for the regular chicken too. When I asked for a refund the manager tried to say it was about to be made. she then tried to charge us for our drinks that we had barely even had a few sips of. Manager could have handled it better. Along with someone telling us in the first place that what we ordered was going to be a bit. Also manager questioned if we really ordered our food because we weren't given a receipt.

I was here this morning.The door says open at 10:30 AM.I'm here at 11:00 and nothing lol. Will this place ever open on time, ignored at drive thru too so I'm off to Bill Miller's, or KFC down the road. Don't waste your time especially on a weekend.

Closed during operation hours constantly, then ignored when at drive thru, I highly recommend going elsewhere like five guys.

The new shrimp was Great, they forgot about our order and after 30 minutes I had to ask them and they said they were Sorry, even though they said it would be ready soon it still took another 15 or so minutes and I had to ask them for my money back which they did but as we were leaving the manager told us our food was free and we decided to stay and eat That's why I gave a 4 in Service but that was the only issue which the manager quickly corrected.

I've never been here before but I was pleasantly surprised. I got the cat fish and shrimp platter. The roll was quite tasty. Only one complaint, the shrimp was a little overdone. But it was delicious.

Enjoyed the 3 piece roasted chicken w green beans. Saddened that they no longer have battered and fried liver and gizzards on the menu...this was my go to over a decade ago so I guess palates change with the times.

They have been advertising their roasted chicken. Went there and they didn't have it available. For a 40 minute wait it would be ready. Extremely disappointed.
