Cashiers work very hard. Especially on half off Saturday. Other employees are great putting clothes and other items on shelves. Shoes should be priced not all to high. Some are in bad very bad shape. Things are alot cleaner then before.

The store was very filthy and disorganized. Items were scattered on the floor, and many shelves were messy. Two employees restocking were playing music with explicit lyrics loudly and using foul language the entire time I was there. This created an uncomfortable and threatening environment.

Walked into Goodwill to find complete disorganization and filth. Clothes sizes were all over the place so one had to look through everything to find the correct size. ****VERY SCARY…..one employee was putting out clothes and as he was working, he had the most OFFENSIVE foul music that I have ever heard blaring from his phone. This employee was very threatening in his actions, appearance and attitude. I mentioned to the cashier that he was glaring at me and that his music was offensive. She said she understood and agreed that there was a problem but management wouldn’t do anything about it. She also said that other people had complained about how rude the male employee was to the elderly and nothing was addressed. HOW IN THE WORLD IS THIS BEHAVIOR TOLERATED???? Customers should not be in fear for their safety and have to endure offensive music while shopping. MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO BE FIRED FOR LETTING THIS HAPPEN!!!! Shame on you Goodwill!!!!

I will be taking my business to “The Purple Door Resale Shop” I donate my stuff to Goodwill so they can keep it locally but instead, they’ve gotten greedy and made an online shop. I would like for my goods to go to the residence of Corpus Christi, Tx. Not to mention, the only jobs they create are paying $7 dollars an hour and the rest of the money goes to building more Goodwills and stuffing their pockets.

They sold my daughter an outdated full size mattress for 200$ they are taking advantage of the poor & old people that don’t know much . Who ever is pricing these items at this store needs to be fired !

They were so rude to us! First we walked in and seen no buggy's and my husband asked if their were any bc I can't stand for long without some thing to hold on to and the guy with long black curly hair in the ponytail said NOPE THEY ARE ALL IN USE WHICH WAS FINE BUT THEN THE OTHER LADY WORKER SAID LOUDLY DID THEY REALLY JUST ASK IF WE HAVE BUGGYS? And HE SAID YEP THEY DID AND IF THEY DONT LIKE THAT THEY CAN LEAVE CAUSE NOONE NEEDS THEIR MONEY ANY WAY ALL LOUD ENOUGH FOR US TO HEAR!!! I said well I hope y'all aren't talking crap about us for asking for a buggy and silence how funny! Cause I'm not the one to take stuff like that and well the store was completely trashed nothing was worth buying bc it was all old and raggedy and the prices omg!! We go to goodwill every where we travel for work and omg this one needs shut down! They are even trying to sale a blanket with a random family photos on it for 7.99 lmao never again will I go back there and something needs to be done w the employees! If u are travelers don't waste your time here bc trust me u all u gonna get is rude workers and nasty stuff

Prices are barley exceptable. Most stuff that comes in (new) don't have the right color tags, to save any money on!
