I have 2 stars only because of the amounts of stuff they carry but I am really not returning due to an item they sold me that they said was working. They assured me it was operating to its fullest. An ice maker. No return policy on donated things.

There is no return policy nor fitting rooms, and I bought my clothes without a discount so I lost my money, I wanted to exchange my clothes for others, they refused and I donated clothes and belongings to this place but not anymore, many times the staff lacks kindness, there is another place here near the Goodwill where you can go and donate

OPEN THE DRESSING ROOMS!!!!I won't purchase items without being able to try them on. They have clothes that clearly have holes and stains that they're asking $5 and more for. Prices could be much better, but the 1/2 price Saturday is good, and now that they have some staff the line isn't wrapped around to the back. The staff all seems really friendly as well. The people shopping are A Holes, but goodwill can't help that.

This place is ok, it’s the best goodwill in the corpus area.. it’s very unorganized, everything always seems to be marked $4.79 even with stain, holes, and rips.Extremely disappointing that even NOW 2023. You can’t use the changing rooms.. and the place is extremely dusty.Staff need to spend time cleaning, organizing, and labeling clothes correctly.

Usually has a decent selection of clothes, but they closed the fitting rooms when Covid started and never reopened them! I hate to spend money not knowing if the clothes will fit and can’t return them. When I visit Goodwill stores in Houston, all the fitting rooms are open again. CC stores need to get with it and reopen the fitting rooms.
