EXCELLENT selection. WONDERFUL staff. FAIR prices. What more could you ask for!?
I recently went on an adventure to EVERY SINGLE thrift store in Corpus Christi and I can say with certainty that this specific Goodwill was the best. They had the largest selection, it was all highly organized, and the prices were actual thrift store prices. The young man who checked us out was efficient and friendly. It was VERY busy when I visited (seems everyone else knows this is the place to be too!) and some pleasant songs were playing at a good volume.
I will absolutely be coming back here!

The manager Diana is greedy. She’s overcharging for everything now and has been for the last 2 years. Most recent example: on an outdoor privacy screen with an online price of 90 dollars, she’s charging 62 dollars plus tax for old used product. Goodwill gets everything for free and try to charge full price for items. The employees earn minimum wage, so the money must be getting kept by the management. Why else would they be incentivized to gouge for old used junk. Goodwill has changed a lot, it should be renamed “Scroogewill”
I will no longer be donating to goodwill and others do the same

The place smells and the staff is rude. My daughter and her friend could not try on clothes since the fitting rooms are closed. They yelled at them for trying to go to the bathroom and try them on. They were also scolded for trying shirts on over their shirts. Come on! This is Goodwill, not Nordstrom's. These kids like to thrift. The staff threatened to kick them out. Seriously comical. She attends UT Austin and thrifts all of the time and has never had any issues.

Clothing selection is poor, lots of stained tee shirts, and dirty shoes. Prices too high for product.

You can find some great deals unless the manager decides to look up things on Ebay and price it like new. Goodwill, will also ask you for a donation to help create more jobs but they only have one person working the register with 20 people in line waiting to pay.

Not a single employee willing to help, no one at the register with a line of 4+ people, and no signs stating they no longer offer fitting rooms.

I understand this is mainly supported by sponsors and donations, but the building needs renovations, and the parking lot needs repairs. Friendly and courteous staff.
