Brought my car in this afternoon to get it inspected after hearing a popping noise coming the back of the car. The customer service here is great and the employees are very honest and up front with you. They got my car looked at immediately and I wasn’t there long. Their store manager Cristian helped me all the way from the phone call to looking at my vehicle. 10/10 ⭐️

This location is if not the Best! One of the best in the Corpus Christi TX area, I do a lot of traveling from AZ to TX and they have always taken care of my vehicle and service is great. the whole team is helpful and quick to get your concerns addressed. Thanks!

I had forgotten to make an appointment with the dealership for an oil change. I was over due and wanting to get it done. So I crossed my fingers and started calling places to see if they had the filter for my vehicle. That was Friday and the answer was no everywhere. But luckily I reached RJ Perusquia before giving up. He said he didn’t have them, however he would order them for me. True to his word. He did!!!! On Sunday morning they changed my oil…. Rotated my tires… And even fixed a tire that had a screw in it. I was blown away by RJ’s consideration and customer service!! A new customer has been made! Thanks for everything!! I appreciate ya’ll!

Very, very honest business!!
I have a car that requires full synthetic (I just purchased it so I didn't know) and RJ Perusquia took a lot of care to make sure that they would be using the right oil. He was also very transparent about the pricing and ultimately we decided I didn't need the oil change at this time considering how recently I bought the car.
They could have just told me I NEED the service and charged me and I wouldn't have known any better. Saved me $100 today. Thank you!

I recently visited Goodyear Auto Service and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received. I was visiting Corpus and on my way there my car started experiencing issues. RJ, the store manager, helped me out ensuring that my car got fixed before before hitting the road to get back to Austin. Sergio, their tech, confirmed that a coil needed to be changed and got it done promptly. This level of efficiency is truly commendable. I also appreciated their transparency when it came to pricing. There were no hidden fees or unexpected charges. The cost of the repairs was very reasonable, and they provided a detailed breakdown of the expenses. It’s refreshing to find an auto service place that values honesty and integrity. Without a doubt, they provided me with the best auto service experience I have had. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and professional auto service.

Great Experience, Great Customer Service!
Went to this location to get my tire pressure sensors replaced. During replacement process, this location lost power due to a blown transformer. Power did not return and tire pressure sensor replacement had not been completed. The store manager, RJ was very professional in this situation and took care of myself and a few other customers that were also there during the power outage. Unfortunately they would not be able to complete the repairs on my vehicle at the time and RJ let me know that he would contact me as soon as power returned.
I left location thinking that I would not be receive a callback from them and would have to follow up myself at a later date. I was wrong.
A few hours later, I received a callback from RJ notifying me that power had returned and if I could bring the car back to complete repairs. Even though it would take me a good 45 min to travel back to the location, RJ let me know not to worry about it and that they would take care of me.
Once back at their location, car was back in the shop within 10 min of arriving and repairs complete in about 30-45 min.
Both the store manager RJ, and the service techs were very professional, helpful and provided a great experience.

We’ve taken different vehicles to this location and will continue to do so. This crew is honest and hard working. They’re not about profiting from your need to get your car fixed, they genuinely want to help you get back on the road. We were going to have to pay $2,500 for parts and labor but this crew found a way to fix our car for less than $240. I highly recommend this business.

Had a Hissing tire and this location was the closest. RJ, the store manager welcomed me and my family. Vehicle was in and out within a hour.
