I would put no stars if it was an option. It was the end of the day i was going to get a haircut I walked in barely nobody was there this lady sat me down and she looked bothered bcwere about to close but it was still 30 mins before. She proceeded to ask me what kind of hairstyle I wanted I then responded to her with normal haircut she asked about my haircut and wanted to know info I told her as much as I could and explained nicely afterwards she wanted to know more about the haircut I didn't have no more info and I clearly gave her a valid descripion of what i wanted and then she started shouting at me well what do you want a 0 or a 1! She looked at me with an attitude and could hear it in her voice which was uncalled for and I have never felt belittled in my life and I don't appreciate her raising her voice at me when all I asked for was a haircut . Teresa with the black hair do better . Also I didn't appreciate her having these loud conversations literally in my ear so loud with the hairstylist with bangs and red hair . I came for a great CLIP. Not a great let down.

Came in for a haircut before vacation. The guy was nice, but realized next day how crooked it was. Some parts were longer than others. IMO, they have too many distractions checking ppl in. I did call to see if they could fix it when I returned & was told no.

Management is extremely unprofessional and the shop is filthy. Stylists sitting in the chairs on salon floor wile clients are being serviced. Quality is not something you will get at this shop.

If I'm being honest, I've gotten 3 different haircuts here. They've ranged from good to average to below average. Some of the stylist are pretty good. You just need to be clear about what you want.

Bad haircut twice now. She talked the whole time to another employee, barely paying attention to my sons hair so his haircut was terrible and crooked. Employees looked like clowns with colored hair. The everhart location is good so I will recommend that location and go there from now on.

I had a very disappointing experience during my visit on 3/15/25 at around 5:30 for a men's haircut. The female stylist was unprofessional and the entire process was rushed, taking only 5 to 10 minutes. These people always try to rush things within few minutes. Despite explaining what I wanted and showing pictures, the haircut turned out nothing like what I asked for. She gave me a quick trim, but there was no proper shape, no proper taper, no proper finishing and the fade was uneven. The cut was extremely short, much shorter than I wanted, and lacked any real attention to detail. The $20 price for such poor service was not worth it at all. The entire experience was frustrating and disappointing. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, especially with the attitude and lack of skill displayed by the stylist.

My experience & my son's was good. Not a long wait. The cut was good. Just make sure that if you use a coupon that you have the coupon for right location.

Got a shampoo after my hair cut and it was very quick my hair still itchy unfortunate because last time I was there the manager did a great job today I felt like a quick sale. Thanks but won't be returning.

Stylist: Dante in Corpus Chisti Texas did a great job on my haircut. He was very personable and patient. I highly recommend Dante & Great Clips. I have been a Great Clips customer for many years.

I had the must HORRIBLE experience in my life to come at the Staple Great Clips. The girl thinner the back TOTALLY ruins my hair. She did an BAD job. After 4 days I called there for she fixed it. She was not there. I called again at the day 6 for she fix it; I explained the situation and I bean told that I had 7 days to get it fix. I spoke with the Manager Meghan about it; I got first an actitud telling me that is only 3 days and she stated arguing with me; she told me that I always ask for that. I got in shock; was my first time in this store. I left a message for the owner call me back never hear from him. I bean at Everhart Store looking for Monica that she is bean doing a “Great Job” My husband saw me crying for this matter and remains me go with Monica, she is the one cut his heir and he is so Please every time he cut his heir. I bean waiting 3 months for my heir grow to do something. Again my husband encouraged to look for Monica. I did.!! She get my happiness back looking at my new hair style. Don’t go that Store.!! You will regret, like me?
