Always nice staff. Yesterday was awesome. To the nice gentleman by the name of Chris. Thank you and God Bless. I went up to pay and the hairdresser informed me that the gentleman that had just left, paid for my son's haircut.

Called to see if they were autism friendly. Was told if my child is a hazard they will not service us. I'm deeply disappointed and ashamed to hear that an employee considers children with autism as a hazard. Do better Megan or Mackenzie whatever your name is. You should seek help and educate yourself.

My son and I have had great haircuts, at Great clips on Everhart. The stylist Monica is great. She's friendly, and very consistent. She's been doing our hair for about a year now. Highly recommend her.

Used to be a regular here until Monica gave my bf a very bad haircut that was jagged, choppy, and uneven all around. When I left my bf’s side, she was asking questions about who I was to him and belittled him for letting me have an opinion on his haircut. He told me when I walked away that she was rough and unfriendly and we were both surprised bc we previously had never had problems. She was rude to a customer before us who couldn’t figure the tip option and raised her voice at him and he was startled and apologetic. I explained all of this to the ASM Nora who was an ANGEL and fixed his hair and was apologetic and about our experience. Avoid Monica if you can!
