I have been coming to this pharmacy for over 20years. I have no complaints about them. They always call me when the meds. Are ready. They always answer my calls,when I have a question. I'm very satisfied. Thank you HEB Pharmacy. Keep up the excellent job.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used!! Everytime I have a prescription to pick up I always call ahead of time to make sure what time it will be ready as I’ve had so many issues arriving to pick up and being told my prescriptions aren’t ready and to either wait or come back. I called this morning at 10 am as soon as my daughter got out of the Drs office to ask what time her prescription would be ready I was told 3pm I arrived in line at 3:30pm waited 30 minutes in line just to be told it would be another hour! Then I get told it would be faster to come inside what an inconvenience as I have 3 young kids which is why I waited in the drive thru in the first place. Definitely switching pharmacy’s asap.

They either don't answer the phone, or they make you wait on the line for 30+ minutes. Went in at 2:45 to pick up my medicine. They had said it was going to take an hour when I called at 12. When I went there they said it wasn't going to be ready till 5, calls me around 3:30 saying it's ready. I'd been home for 15 minutes, now I have to drive back for it.

To be honest whenever I need to pick up medicine, my own processing time is fairly quick. However the staffing here is ATROCIOUS. There's not nearly enough people to accommodate the traffic here at this pharmacy indoors or in the drive thru. In fact the price thru seems like a moot option given how long it takes to go through there even when there's next to no other cars using it. This could be a good location...if it had more staff.

Called us at 6 to let us know our prescriptions were ready, we got there at 6:10 and were informed that they were closed. I asked the lady behind the counter what we were supposed to do then since my husband needs his prescription tonight and she just shrugged and again said they were closed. Not helpful, not nice or sympathetic, will definitely never have any prescriptions sent here in the future.

I have to say I use to give the HEB on Port 0 stars because they had a woman at the front counter & drive through window, who had THE WORST customer service ever. Never said hello, goodbye or show any empathy whatsoever. Getting past that, she would be down right rude & expect you to go elsewhere instead of trying to help. Which helping a person with costs, or checking other locations for medication availability is something that a pharmacy can do.This woman either doesn't work in the pharmacy or she has been pulled from the window & counter because I have not seen her for months. Soo because the new people that I have encountered have been helpful so far, I am giving 3 stars. As this continues, I will rate them accordingly.
