Very good and my prescription is always ready when they say it will be. Can get my dog's prescription there too which is very convenient.

I had a Dexcom G7 sensor malfunction during the 25 minute grace period. I came in with some certificate Dexcom gave me for a replacement and was speaking with Pharmacy technician Linda. She was extremely rude from the start, and I let her talk to the Dexcom representative. She wouldn't replace the product , even with the voucher. She informed me that she had to take my last script on file , but that it would require a prior authorization because I had 10 days left on thr previous months script. The floater pharmacist a shorter Hispanic lady comes up to the desk, and starts arguing with me about this. She said that she'd transfer my prescriptions wherever I want, and didn't seem to care about the situation. Both were very rude and I will never step foot back in this store again because of them. I've been shopping here for 20 years, and I've never been disrespected like this before. The floater then calls security on me , even though I never raised my voice or reflected a bad tone. HEB do better in hiring staff!!! I will be taking my business to WALMART!!!

Sonia in the pharmacy was so patient and nice with me due to me having to make multiple trips for different family members and they had a couple insurance hick ups. I thank her so much for her help!

Usually great but if they out of something they wont call and tell you they just order and whe you show up they dont have and tell you when its coming in. Very frustrating. Has happened more than a few times.

The people in here are very judgemental. I've been coming here for the last year and have had a problem until the last 2 months. If you work with animals or do anything outside that leaves marks, they'll assume you're homeless. If you go up to customer service because your vision is low and ask for help the lady there will be condescending and turn you down. If this wasn't the closest place to get my prescriptions, I wouldn't come here at all.

Definitely one of the HEBs of all time. Easy access to the gas and the inside was well organized with lots of vegan inventory plus the usual stuff. Staff was friendly as well.
