I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received from Julie at the HEB pharmacy. When I inquired about which medication I needed to have filled, Julie declined to provide the necessary information on multiple occasions. As an individual who relies heavily on assistance due to memory loss resulting from an accident, I found Julie's unwillingness to help particularly unhelpful. Furthermore, when I asked about the wait time, Julie provided conflicting estimates, initially stating 30 to 45 minutes, then an hour and a half. I decided to wait in the store, but upon returning from using the restroom, Cristal informed me that my prescription was not ready because it was not on the immediate fill list. Despite knowing I was staying in the store, Julie had placed me on the wait list. Notably, there were no other customers in the store at the time. Cristal apologized for the inconvenience and efficiently filled my prescription in approximately six minutes. I appreciate Cristal's helpfulness, but Julie's behavior was unacceptable. In the future, I will be taking my business to Walmart. Julie, if you are unable to provide basic customer service, perhaps you should consider an alternative role.

I am usually very pleased with this pharmacy but there have been several times when I have gone through the drive thru and I have had to wait and wait and wait because the people in front of me are taking a long time. Whatever the issue may be with those customers, if it is going to take more than 5 minutes, make them go inside and wait in the lobby. It is a big inconvenience to go through the drive thru to do a simple pickup and being forced to wait 15 minutes. It is called a drive thru not a sit and wait. If they are dropping off a prescription and want to wait, make them go inside or they can come back later. If there is an issue with the prescription or insurance or payment, make them go inside. Again, it is a drive thru and should be utilized that way.

In my opinion it's how you get treated and there's one Pharmacy Attendant by the name of Liz who always gives 110% of absolutely awesome customer service. Always friendly and with a warm welcome smile. That right there puts people at ease. Thank you Liz for what you do

They are very professional and answer any questions I might have and if the techs can't answer the pharmacist goes out of his way to much sure he answers your questions. Everyone is always very polite in person and on the phone. They are very fast in getting your prescription filled and what I like is that they ask you if you have any questions about a new medication that was prescribed. Wouldn't go any where else, thank you to all the employees and the pharmacist for the wonderful experiences every time I go.

The worst pharmacy ever! If I could rate ZERO stars I would! On top of being ill and having to inconveniently getting off because “drive thru” is broken for two weeks now. All techs have attitude when greeting clients, and don’t want to assist. Seems the more questions you ask the more bothered they get. I asked for assistance and the girl’s response was “over there”… excuse me? What kind of response is that? Is that what H‑E‑B hires? Ridiculous…

I've used this pharmacy for over 25 years. I received notification from CVS that one of my medications had been recalled, so I called HEB No 1 pharmacy which is where I get all of my medications filled. Upon calling, I was told that I needed to speak to the pharmacists, Mary I believe. Pharmacist Mary exhibited irritation and continually spoke over and interrupted me while I was explaining the notification. Pharmacist Mary attempted to end the call without addressing my concern.To Mary, you should learn to listen, treat your clients with dignity and respect our right to ask questions.To HEB, why do you advertise and promote interaction between your customers and the pharmacists then employ a pharmacist like Mary?
