The worst pharmacy ever! If I could rate ZERO stars I would! On top of being ill and having to inconveniently getting off because “drive thru” is broken for two weeks now. All techs have attitude when greeting clients, and don’t want to assist. Seems the more questions you ask the more bothered they get. I asked for assistance and the girl’s response was “over there”… excuse me? What kind of response is that? Is that what H‑E‑B hires? Ridiculous…

Just want to give a shout out to a caring awesome attendant Crystal. She took it upon herself to find a manufacturer's coupon for my sister's $251 medication lowering it to $101. What a blessing. Thank you Crystal!

I've used this pharmacy for over 25 years. I received notification from CVS that one of my medications had been recalled, so I called HEB No 1 pharmacy which is where I get all of my medications filled. Upon calling, I was told that I needed to speak to the pharmacists, Mary I believe. Pharmacist Mary exhibited irritation and continually spoke over and interrupted me while I was explaining the notification. Pharmacist Mary attempted to end the call without addressing my concern.To Mary, you should learn to listen, treat your clients with dignity and respect our right to ask questions.To HEB, why do you advertise and promote interaction between your customers and the pharmacists then employ a pharmacist like Mary?

STAY AWAY! LIZZY IS THE MOST HORRID PERSON!! I am always respectful of the job our pharmacy techs do at HEB Kostoryz, but as of this morning I have had enough of my bad share of rude encounters with "Lizzy". HEB please teach this tech about customer service. There is no reason that she always has to be so hateful and rude. Why even be in customer service if you are going to have people the likes of Lizzy to help in quite a vulnerable area of our lives. Yes some of us ask questions. Yes most of the time we do not have our prescription numbers. Yes there are times we do ask questions you might have to look up Lizzy. It's just not a reason to be so hateful. I see other reviews here mentioning her by name and for good reason. HEB -- do something!!! Why do you let this horrid woman get away with treating your customers in such a way. I dare you to set out as a customer and ask for her by name -- just see and hear first hand how this woman treats people! I took enough of her. I hope they take notice Lizzy and teach you about good customer service if not -- get out of there! I dread calling over there because of her. Makes me ill to my stomach.

Very rude ladies that work in the pharmacy area just moved into town tried to get some answers on how I can receive my medications transfered said I would have to wait until they get a fax from my old pharmacy after they were on the phone with them waited more than 2 hours very bad customer service. Will go back tomorrow and never use this pharmacy again.

H-E-B is always great at what they do. They know how to treat their customers. Store is very clean and organized and the staff is very polite and go above and beyond.

Again this store is fantastic!! The pharmacy staff are very friendly and they take the time to ask you if you have any questions. The pharmacists at this HEB pharmacy are very professional and knowledgeable. Great job Partners!!!!

Liz is so rude, I was trying to get my childs medication that was called in from er two days ago however it was not ready. I asked questions, and then she became agitated, rude, condesending. She is very unprofessional, and doesnt care about customers. Maybe if she cared more about the customers instead of her apperance ( fake eyelashes),customers would be happy. She must be unhappy and is taking it out on the customers. Get your priorities right LIZ, and FOCUS on being nicer better communication between customers. Take a training video on how to act more professional at work, instead of arguing with customers. YOU OBVIOUS HAVE INSECURITIES to care more about all the makeup N YOUR fake appearance than to focus on being nicer at work. Put more effort on being nicer....LIZ THE TRUTH IS YOUR RUDE TO CUSTOMERS, AND PROBALY WILL CONTINUE UNTIL YOUR MANAGER ACTUALLY TALKS TO YOU ABOUT IT , WHO KNOWS THEY PROBALY DO NOT CARE EITHER!!
