I called the pharmacy letting them know I was running 1 min late if they could wait. I got there right on time and they had already closed. So much for customer service.

There's some great employees who work in the Pharmacy but as always there's that one bad apple to ruin the experience. I called to inform the staff that I received two incorrect text messages saying my prescription would be filled on June 8th, then today it says June 11th, when the correct date is June 10th! Typically, the dates are not listed on the text messages when you can fill the medication so I called the Pharmacy at 11:04 am on June 7th. A rude lady named SANDY answered the phone and when I explained the situation she said are you out of pills already? She said we only fill 30 for 30. So if you know you aren't out of pills then why are you calling wasting your time. I tried to explain to her the dates that are now being sent through text messages were incorrect and the correct date should be the 10th. She was once again rude so I asked to speak with a manager. Then the rude lady I was first speaking to signed me out of receiving text alerts. This is very vindictive behavior and definitely not the quality of someone who needs to be working in a pharmacy. My phone records all conversations so I will be taking this to the corporate level so they can hear how this rude lady speaks to customers.

Pam and Sandy are the perfect clerks to help you fill your prescriptions. They always smile and usually greet you with your name.

I have always dealt with Sandie and Pam no confusion at all they are the ones that make that pharmacy great, as dor Nicole, Erica, Daniel, ect.when a medication is dropped off to be filled it should show up on my app.and they never do that I told them I was in extremely pain and they all said it's gonna be 3 hours like it's always a bother to them,they make me feel very uncomfortable so when I go in I always hope that Sandie and Pam are there they make that pharmacy look good but all the others are very rude and hang up on you mind you I'm disabled, and they tell me it's gonna be 3 to 4 hours it's just them who make it look bad but thanks to Sandie and Pam they are very professional and respectful,

Just stopped giving you a courtesy call when your prescriptions are ready, accidentally let a prescription expire and then couldn't get it for free with my insurance anymore, initially thought my doctor's office just hadn't called it in, but they just don't call you when it's ready anymore and that's pretty ridiculous. Will not tell you about issues with insurance over the phone and just let you show up to a hassle that you could have just stayed home for because you're not gonna get your prescription either way. Will tell you that your prescription is ready over the phone and then when you get to the pharmacy it's not ready and you'll have to wait 30 mins to an hour for it when it should have been ready like they said so. Not sure what's going on with doctors and pharmacies just not following through with administrative tasks, do better.

Sandy is the best pharmacy customer service. She is always happy to help, and her service is fantastic. She looks serious, but she is so kind and friendly. I recommend this, please, for her. I hope she gets the promotion she deserves

Never stocked up on energy drinks and business center hrs are short. Lady did not want to load my card I come alot to load my card and today I wanted to load it twice and she said no that it has changed yet I just drove up to another H-E-B and had no problems.
