Waiting in line at the drive thru as I write this. Line 1 hasn't moved in 20+ minutes and can't even leave because I'm stuck in line but line 2 has already serviced 6+ cars. Whoever runs line 1 needs to leave and get someone else in there.
Update: I was in line for about 40 minutes yet it only took 2 and a half minutes from when I pulled to to the window to when I left to get what I need. I think the drive thru line should only be for quick pick up orders, in and out

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever used. The staff is very unfriendly and unwilling to help you. I have had multiple prescriptions ready and not get calls telling me they're ready, and I have also had staff tell me they weren't ready after getting a call that they are. This pharmacy never knows what they are doing and it seems their work ethic is extremely poor. This is disappointing as the HEB pharmacy in another area I used previously before moving was on top of their game. I will be transferring my medication over to another pharmacy due to the lack of professionalism at 5313 Saratoga.

worst pharmacy ever!! i called yesterday to ask when my prescription would be ready they told me 7-7:30… i go through the drive through and it’s still not ready. the pharmacist rudely tells me “you can get down and wait inside” so i responded “what’s the difference between getting down and waiting and me waiting in the drive through” she proceeds to tell me “because it’s not ready and we’re about to close so if you want to wait in the drive through you’d have to go around in line and wait again” (when i’ve already waited 15-20 mins) me not feeling well i said i’ll just be back in the morning… so i called as soon as they open and ask if my prescription was ready and it’s STILL NOT READY.. “it’ll be ready by 9-9:30” so we’ll see🙃

Told my prescribes were ready, got there and told a half hr then went back to get filled, nope! Didn’t even start them yet!

They never have my medicine right and its never in stock.Then they you to go pick it up at a different store . Im like really i never had this issue any other place.

Father had his clinic call to have his medication transferred from another pharmacy since he was unsure of how to do it and they never answer him when he tries. So when the pharmacist or tech answered they were so rude and would not help the medical assistant in the transfered gave him such horrible attitude told him to tell the customer to call themselves and hung up. Told my dad just to leave his medicine at his current pharmacy. Its not worth dealing with such rude ugly hearted people like that. Lady must've been having a bad day doesn't mean she has to take it out on others

Super Friendly. Always Sloooooooooow.
In my opinion, they take way too long, helping a person that has issues. They should have the come back after the issues are resolved.
Why should everyone in line wait 10 minutes when they could just shop or circle around to the end of the line and get back in the front after the 10 minutes is up

Absolutely terrible pharmacy. I called for TWO prescriptions and they literally said the name of the one they were in the process of filling. Then when I went to pick them both up much later only the OTHER one was ready and the one they said they were filling when I called was not ready until the next day- so I was lied to. The line is almost always around the corner. And I've been on hold now in the middle of the day on a Wednesday for over 25 minutes. What a joke. I am absolutely having my prescriptions called in somewhere else going forward. I don't like to waste my time over and over.

Monica from the pharmacy was so helpful today! She offered to look for coupons for my brand name medications to save me money and she stayed on the phone with me while I got certain saving cards sent to my email. She has provided the most helpful information since I have been a customer with HEB pharmacy. Very patient and sincere. Thank you again, Monica!

I had to get a vaccination. Everyone was very friendly and efficient. My wait time was like five minutes maximum. The shot was nearly painless and I was in and out of the room in around three minutes. Amazingly easy and pleasant experience.

I don’t think there are enough customer service people at the instore counter. The employees have always been helpful and polite and willing to help work out any problems I’ve encountered.

If I could give this pharmacy a 0 I would. I absolutely hate this pharmacy. Each time I come here 30 mins minimum. I always get behind people in the outter lane and there order is never ready and they wait and hold up the line, 10 people go before me on the other lane and I am stuck. The pharmacy should not allow people to wait. If they don't have everything together they need to go inside or come back. Also there is a girl that is so rude in there. No sense of urgency. Pick up should be quick. Ridiculous. Worst personnel I have ever seen.

Warning- never give this place your phone number or you will be constantly harrased by spam and robo-calls. Pretty bad when you have to BLOCK your pharmacy’s phone number.
