Was told my prescription wasn’t ready for pickup even though my Doctor sent the order out 10hrs prior. In addition the desk clerk broke HIPPA when she openly said the name of my prescription.

HEB Managers need to complete a walk through the quick check outs and look at each station; It DIRTY!!!! I asked the lady on duty that it needed to be cleaned and she handed me paper towel (OK) I will help you out but didn’t even spray a little something to clean the area. I looked at other stations most were dirty, floor dirty. Yukon Yukon !!!!!!

I just need to get ahold of someone because my son's medicine accidentally got prescribed at this location and not our San Antonio HEB pharmacy (who by the way, always answers their phone in a timely manner) but I can't get ahold of ANYONE. I've called several times with no luck. After reading their reviews I see it's an issue.

I have been using this pharmacy for years but it seems to be going downhill. Apparently, they have some prescriptions filled in San Antonio and shipped here which delays your orders. The lines have gotten longer and more than once, I have waited for almost an hour and told my prescription wasn’t ready. I try to avoid the busy hours since I am retired, but it hasn’t made much difference. Are we a sicker population or is H‑E‑B saving money by less service and longer wait times? I thought I would change pharmacies, but it seems like I might be jumping into the fire after I read reviews.

Was supposed to have my medication delivered yesterday. Prepaid for everything. Pharmacy didn't put my order in for delivery. Now I would have to wait 2 more days for delivery. Do not ever use this pharmacy if you ever need your medication delivered.

I wanted to fully change to HEB Pharmacy, as my previous pharmacy was horrible. Or so I thought. I called HEB pharmacy to check on my medication, as it should have been ready today, but the App said it's still in progress. I was literally on the phone for over 15 minutes while it rang and rang and rang.......15 minutes!!! I initially refused to hang up, but I finally gave up. This is absolutely ridiculous! I will definitely stick to my Walgreens, as they have NEVER done this, even when they are super busy. HEB, ya'll need to be better.

You know the whole fool me once adage, here I am with myself to blame because I used this pharmacy again. First time they sent back my prescription because it was wrong, it wasn't. Doctor sent it again no changes and there was no problem. Second time, son has a bad ear infection. I give them an hour, come in, ask about his AB and they said they just got it in, wait and come back, 45 min later again ask about his AB, we just got it in sorry. Send my husband hours later, they tell him they don't have an AB and that they only got an allergy med order that they don't have because it's usually an otc chewable. So I ask you dear reader, when I came in orignally and asked about an AB, where the two people lying to me, not paying attention , or some other excuse. Mind you , my doc office was to blame for the lack of AB, once that was fixed I gave them two hours and went to pick up. They again told me they didn't have an AB for my son, it was only after I pushed that they found it and told me to wait 30 min. This place is very busy,I get it. But if I was listened to in the beginning, I could have fixed the issue and gotten the AB earlier. So, reader if you are still here, don't use this pharmacy. I love HEB, but I will not be fooled again by this HEB pharmacy.

They don’t answer the phone. I called 3 times and it just rang and rang. On the 3rd try they picked up and hung up the phone. How is it that there’s such great service at HEB but not their pharmacy??

This is one of the best HEB stores in the state of Texas. Pharmacy personnel are kind, knowledgeable, and fast. Highly recommend this store.

If you want any help you have to call within 30 min of opening and within 30 min of closing. Why is this the only drive thru HEB on the Southside of Corpus?

TRASH! H-E-B used to be the best grocery store in Texas. It's not anymore. Post Covid / post 24 hour H-E-B is trash. Poor service, empty shelves, no parking, and the pharmacy is a 30-45 minute wait every time I go. Prices are no longer competitive. It's just miserable, like Walmart, nowadays. Did Charles Butt retire? Idk if his kids took it over and ran it into the ground or what. Anyway, they need to go back to 24 hours, or build more stores. I'm done. This is why I do 90% of my shopping on Amazon. As of today I'm switching my prescriptions to Amazon, as well. RIP H-E-B.
