I can’t believe how incredibly condescending the pharmacy staff is. If this is the type of service that is acceptable at HEB, I will take my businesses elsewhere; pharmacy and grocery. How very unprofessional.

Only having one person working the drive thru that does not multitask is not very efficient for this company. We usually have to wait for a prescription 15-20 minutes. Patience is something that I've had and since dealing with this store, it's becoming non-existent.

I have been waiting in the pharmacy line for over 30 minutes. It has not moved once. I’m stuck in the line and cannot leave because I am blocked in by multiple cars and the lanes are down to only one. Going to start getting my prescriptions elsewhere.

Daniela is the only pharmacist that will actually listen to you and be proactive in getting you your medication in a timely manner.

Wow! The “manager” Sarah was unbelievably rude. Totally condescending towards me. She does not seem like she enjoys her job much. I won’t go into the details as at the end of the day they do not matter. All I can say for certain is that I will never be back to HEB. I have lived in Texas for two months now and this was the first negative experience I have had.

Ashley took so much time explaining a recall to me and giving me all the information I needed. I didn't need it or I would have been contacted but it was nice to be taken such good care of! Thank you ?

I guess Sarah " pharmacy manager " is still rude as ever after 4 years, nothing has changed. Heb must have a thing for rudeness cos she still has the same nasty, rude attitude! I would never recommend this pharmacy !!

this is the worst pharmacy for drive thru. do yourself a favor and go inside. when you are face to face with them i think they feel more obligated to do their job. first off they dont even speak to you, they just send the receipt.i thought ok i will send my insurance then. the girl sends my insurance form back and says "submit payment please!" um no. i pay for insurance for a reason so i told her can you submit my insurance first and medicaid will pay for the rest. she replys "come inside please" today they tried to charge me 75 dollars for a prescription. i explained that my insurance covers so much then medicaid will cover the rest. o k i get youdont want to hold the line up but first off, "hi welcome and how can i help you" second "oh it seems that there's a balance do you have insurance" and then "can you please come inside so that i can update our system with your insurance"... customer service has died. i will never use this pharmacy again. they are too lazy to be human beings or if you dont like your job get a new one people.. guess what... there are plenty of pharmacies i can go to that will actually communicate instead of treating me like i am bothering you. oh and no i'm not paying 75 dollars for birth control pills when i can pay 7 dollars at walmart pharmacy! thaaaaanks

I have personally never had any issues with HEB Pharmacy, at this location, there has been one or two times that medication was on backorder but other than that customer service is great!

Because of all the animals or say let’s pets that are brought in the store, it is unsanitary, if you are not going enforce service animals only, make your own passes that people must pay for yearly to carry the animal in the store, $200 a year or more and the money can pay for clean up of baskets that are messed up after pets are in them or for the lawsuits you get when someone gets bit or sick from some animal spreading diseases, or clean up of crap on the floor
