I've been using this pharmacy for years, and have never had a bad experience. When I think it's going to happen, the employees ALWAYS bend over backwards to make sure the problem is resolved... and they are ALWAYS very friendly and professional while taking care of things. Today Robert listened to my story, looked into things for me and took care of the problem. He was very nice! Ruby waited on me when I arrived at the drive-thru. What a sweetheart! And Ruby... my pups so appreciated the snack you gave them. They are still licking their happy lips. A huge thumbs up for the HEB pharmacy at Robert and Alameda!

Just wanted to say Jacklyn (I’m pretty sure that was her name, if not I’m sorry!) at the drive thru area on 5/31/23 was so nice and helpful! Apparently my insurance info wasn’t in the system and she noticed and took the time to get my info to lower the cost of my medication for me. I thought I had it already in but apparently had been paying for my last two medications through some sort of discount card without knowing. She had the best attitude and smile! Thank you, Jacklyn! ?

I've been here 5x total and 4 of those times were unsatisfactory. Two of my trips, the lady working at the register inside made a comment (loud enough for surrounding customers to hear). This is the convo on one of those trips.... "You realize how much you're paying for this Rx?". I stated "Yes I'm aware". She then felt the need to announce that price "It cost this amount of money. You really want to pay cash for that?". Not that I felt it was her business but I stated "My insurance doesn't cover it and we decided to pay cash while we weigh other options". She then stated (with exasperation) "okayyy". On another trip, I called and told a worker that the Rx was called in and I needed to give him a new coupon code since it was a new dosage and I pay cash. He said it would be fine and didn't need it. We went in the next day to pick it up at 5:15pm. I was told by the lady at the window that "it was declined by insurance". I told her that the Rx has never went through insurance because I pay cash and also I was not notified of a problem or I could have corrected it then. She told me to come back the next day. I told her I needed it and was going to wait (they didn't close for another 2 1/2hrs). That seemed to bother her but she did question me about waiting before obliging. I'm pretty certain I will be transferring my Rx's to Walmart. I prefer not to be left feeling like I've been treated unfairly every time I pick up Rx's

HEB stores are always clean staff is very polite stores are well organized,If you can not find what you need a staff member finds it for you or shows you where it is . All stores are great where you go to HEB.

The store is extremely well staffed with very friendly partners! I can't say enough good things about how they are reacting to this situation. They had everything I needed except what the hoarders are loading up on STILL!
