Curbside: I received a message that my order was ready. I show up put my # in. Cars come & go, 15 mins later still nothing. I ask the LADY if it was coming anytime soon she said NO we are still shopping for your order, it’s on the floor so next time call before.. Don’t send a message that it’s ready if it’s not, that simple. You could have come to the vehicle as others have before when theirs an issue of some sort & informed me that it wasn’t ready! It takes but a few seconds to do this. She knew I was sitting there, how much longer would y’all have made me wait had I not spoke up! I’ve never had a problem with curbside until these past few months they have been having much attitude, unfortunately this is the 2nd time this has happened & it’s only coming from the female employees. Idk if it’s new management in this department but they have been rude lately!
