Find things I want or need every time I go and prices are pretty good . The staff is knowledgeable and will address co cerns. This store gets busy so dony expect to get in and out in a hurry usually!!

I have shopped at many Harbor Freight stores and this store has the worst service of any location I have shopped at. There is usually a long line to check out for a store that doesn’t seem to be very busy with one and sometimes a second checkout clerk. Yesterday had one clerk on the register which when my turn to checkout was also in the phone with a customer then also took a personal call on her cellphone so I was checked out haphazardly. When I asked about scanning my coupons she said she has them and scanned them. When I got home I found the 10% coupon used however ended up paying regular price for the wrench set. The ticket said Cynthia helped me which needs help and should be focused on customers in front of her and not phone calls.

I went there to exchange a defective press. Got a refund instead because of out of stock. The lady that took care of me was over the top very kind & courteous. Highly recommend this store.

I have gone in several times and the air conditioner is not working.On 09/28/23,I was in the store and had to leave because it was unomfortable. If I complained about the heat and I was there a few minutes or so, It's not right to have your employees subject to that type of working environment in which they have to exert themselves physically to stock and such. The only A/ C that I saw was by the cashier's box.Come on Harbor Freights, I think you can do better than that. If the landlord cannot fix the A/C, why not just built a new stand alone building. Kingsville, Tx has a better building than the one that Corpus Christi has.Thank you!

Harbor freight tools is who it says it is, good prices and decent tools (low quality) at a reasonable price. You can also find some good deals on simple tools and equipment. They might not have high quality tools and parts but for a simple fixer upper it works well...well for the most part.
