My recent visit at Hibbett was outstanding due to awesome customer service by Chrisitan. He helped inform me of which shoes would be most comfortable to be in all day while at work, he also helped me pick out a neutral color to go with each outfit and get a good use out of the shoes I recently purchased . He was also very mindful of his employees, and would check to make sure if they needed help every chance he got.

Christian was great help today! I was looking for a gift for my boyfriend and only kinda knew what I was looking for, but left the store with 3 new pairs of shoes for him. Happy birthday LOL! Christian showed me what was new & popular so shopping was easy. Gabby was a big help too, she helped Christian find what he was looking for, and made me feel welcome to come back. 10/10 will shop again.

I love coming into Hibbett because I know the customer service is going to be great. A lot of stores have their employees greet you when you walk in, but it tends to stop there. Not at Hibbett, they actually engage with you, have a conversation, provide info and advice on items you want to know more about. They're good at what they do and they make every visit a great one

Always great customer service ? nice clean store , my go to store is the one in calallen shopping center small but the best for a quick pick up for some fresh kicks .They all need a raise ‼️

Went to Hibbett in 5 Points shopping center the other day when window shopping knowing nothing about sneakers, left with a beautiful new pair and a few new shirts. Gabby, store manager, was super friendly when putting up a display and went above and beyond to stop what she was doing to help me find exactly what I wanted. Never stopped in a Hibbett before, and now I'm a fan.

Great employees and customers service. Very friendly. The only things is working down here in South Texas is very extremely hot during the summer. With weather being 96 degrees or higher is not good to be working in. Like I said employees and management were excellent service. It's just working and shopping in this heat with no AC running in the store.This company should make it a number one priority for your customers to shop comfortable and for workers to comfortable to make sales. Walking outside the shopping center at 96 degrees and going into a store that is probably triple digits is not safe or right for customers and employees. Please have this fixed as a priority emergency. Thank you so much and I hope this gets taken care of, for everyone who shops locally.
