This is probably the filthiest hilton I've ever stayed at and I stay at a lot. The first room I walked into slapped me in the face with a dense mildew waft. I changed rooms no big deal, lady at the front desk was polite about it and apologized. I get to the second room, not much better. I don't want to have to ask her to switch me again as I was starting to get the sense that all or most the rooms were going to smell this way. So I go to walmart and buy my own lysol to spray the place down with. Carpet was filthy unvaccumed, debris everywhere under the bed and beside it, wrappers of some sort, not mine. Dead beetles under the bed, dust that has been under there since last century probably. Just very old smelling. For fear of getting a sinus infection if I stayed there long enough, I ended up just napping then bolted from the property as soon as I could. I'll never stay again, it was comparable to an old seedy motel not a hilton property hotel. Oh and the pool had a visible film on top of it and the bar is only open weekdays not weekends which is totally backwards in my opinion.

Roaches, small filthy ones. Checked out early after seeing dozens of them.

Hotel was clean. However the bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress was an old box spring mattress. Not what I would expect from Hilton.

Rooms are not as nice as they used to be. Beds were very uncomfortable. Water pressure was weak. The room door and the stairway door were squeaking extremely loud. The outside hallway door entrance lock was missing. The price they want for breakfast is laughable. Whataburger for breakfast for me.

Rooms were filthy. Under the bed was disgusting. Shows that house keeping and management both need to be replaced. The pool was disgusting as well. My girlfriend and I barely got any sleep.

A few amenities were shut down, I didn’t take a photo but our curtain was messed up and we couldn’t get the room as dark as we wanted it to be for night time due to the parking lot lights. Overall garbage considering there was no sort of policy to give us some of our money back considering we really wanted to swim. Would not go back!

I am sorry to say that I don't usually do reviews but this visit prompted me to comment. When checking into my room.....It smelled strong. I could not tell if it was moisture, mildew, or what. I went down to voice my concerns to the front desk... And was given a spray to use that she said was strong so I should not be in the room for a while. I did ask if possible to switch rooms but was told that I could only switch to equal my reservation. The only other room had the ac unit running but was blowing warm air. We had reserved one of the meeting spaces for clients which we were told outside food can be brought in but coffee would be provided for free. Well, the coffee was the located in the lobby and it was only available until 10am.. On one day, I saw a roach walk right across the coffee table and told the front desk... She was working on something and didn't seem to immediately stop to go look into the moving roach. At the end of my visit, I realized the entire floor under the ac unit in my room was soaked... And the smell had intensified. I now believe the smell and what I was tsubject too may have been mold or mildew under the rug/ carpet. I am so glad for the first time ever... I went out to purchase own bedding. I just didn't know if the smell had soaked into the fabrics in the room. After all that, I did decide to make a complaint into the corporate office as I think the local owenership should be held accountable to better standards under this brand name. My traveling coworker said her room also had the strong smell and she spoke to management on her checkout. But she was not alone - as it seemed a different visitor was also complaining to mgmt about their experience. I think it can be said... They lost a few people whom will never be staying at this location again.

Worked as a cook for 8 months here since day one i seen so many roaches crawling around and employees and guests complaining about it. One employee had roaches in her lunch she had placed in the front desk to eat it and when she uncovered 2 roaches in it, i myself cleaned out the ice machine constantly because there was roaches in the ice dont worry you wont taste it with the alcohal as i was told lol. or ill be cooking and a roach crawling on my cutting board which ofcourse i would have to work extra and go wash it but who nows the times i did not see one. another chef not careful and put in the same predicament of working in this kitchen wont see it or wont care and someone will end up getting sick. This place is in hazardous conditions and does not meet hilton standards by far i almost forgot do not eat breakfast as i uncovered spoiled dicedham the breakfast cook was serving, smelled so bad blew my face off, im really just looking out for peoples health, someone else has to speak up beside the other 100+ similar comments i read in reviews. Place exterior and surroundings are nasty to you have a bunch of homeless around the building peeing and taking dumps that ofcourse smells and brings more rodents.

I arrived at this hotel and immediately encountered refurbishing work in progress. The front desk area was chaotic, with workers on the floor directly in front of thr Front Desk and it was unclear where guests should go. A woman behind the counter ignored me, leaving me confused until one of the workers directed me to the side of the counter. Surprisingly, the same woman who had been ignoring me then greeted me. I thought it was odd that she hadn't beckoned me over.
The room itself was disappointing. As soon as I opened the door, I was hit by a strong moldy smell. The ceiling had large brown blotches, some of which were partially painted over. The AC unit worked but had a large rust patch on it. There was a hole in the ceiling and white unidentified splash marks on the bed frame. The bedside table was broken, and the pillows, though in clean cases, lacked protectors and were stained yellow.
Due to the ongoing refurbishments I assumed the room was mistakenly given to me thinking it was completed, so i took some pictures and went back to the reception. The receptionist, "Jenny or Janine," was not interested in seeing the photos and informed me she would only move me once. Her attitude suggested that providing an acceptable room was somehow my responsibility. And she would not be inconvenienced by it.
This was a work trip, so I decided to check out her "take it or leave it" offer and deal with it later. The next room was slightly better, though the pillows still lacked protectors. A quick trip to Walmart solved that issue. The receptionist could definetly benefit from additional training. I would not recommend staying here, at least not during their renovation period.

Other than the proximity of the hotel to campus, everything else was extremely mediocre.
