Our one night stay was nice. Hotel needs upgrades, but good for a quick stop when traveling. In a great location for dining and shopping.

The hotel's location near the mall was a positive aspect, and the staff's friendliness added to the welcoming atmosphere, along with the appealing decorations upon entering. However, my initial impression soured upon entering my room, encountering an unfortunate odor. Fortunately, I used essential oils to mask the smell, but the issue persisted in other family members' rooms.The consistent subpar water pressure was a shared concern among family members. The absence of complimentary breakfast and the underwhelming paid breakfast buffet disappointed. Dinner at the hotel fell short, with fuzzy mold on the salad cheese and an overcooked burger that lacked flavor, despite ordering medium-well. The fries were a redeeming quality.Considering the price paid for breakfast and dinner, alternatives or food delivery seemed more economical and satisfying. The overall experience didn't meet the expected standards relative to the expenses incurred. In summary, when traveling with family or even by yourself opting for an Airbnb might provide a better value.

Nice from the outside but the rooms are in desperate need of a refresh. The beds are not very comfortable. Overall, the room is clean, the A/C works and rooms are available.

We arrived on October 6, 2023. We have stayed in this motel before and were pleased. For this stay, I chose room 325 through the Hilton Honors App. Before we arrived, we were changed to room 326. Room 326 had a huge wet spot in the ceiling, soaking wet carpet below the spot, and smelled of mold. We changed to Room 316. Room 316 had an Air Conditioner Unit that sounded like a power boat running through the room every time it turned on. After no sleep, we reported the issue, and Anthony replaced the A/C unit. Anthony was wonderful, respectful and knowledgeable. According to our reservation, we should have been charged $542.60. There is a hold on our credit card for $643.08. On the receipt, we were charged $561.56. There are obviously extra charges on the room that have not been updated with AAA Carolinas. Be prepared to have issues with the rooms, to delay plans while maintenance fixes A/C issues, and to be overcharged at Hilton Garden Inn Corpus Christi.

I had an issue with the water not getting hot. Jenn B at the front desk was super awesome and got us moved to a room with really hot water. She was very nice and went above and beyond for us. Thank you Jenn B.

This hotel is so outdated and run down. It needs a serious overhaul. Our room smelled like mold. The headboard had smudges from other peoples heads, hands and who knows what else touching it. It hadn’t been wiped clean. There was rust on the bedside lamps and air conditioner. The bottom of the A/C unit looked broken. There was a massive amount of bird poop at the entry way that had obviously been there a while. They charge for breakfast and parking. This is not what I expected when I agreed to pay $200 a night for this room. Just doesn’t live up to Hilton standards. Get it together, Hilton. And to think my husband signed us up to be Hilton honor members. No thank you. Please don’t give me one of your template responses. Just do something about it. I see months of responses to negative reviews and none of the issues have been resolved. Your company obviously cares nothing for their customers.

Not sure where these bad reviews are coming from or I just caught them on a good day. Staff was awesome. Breakfast was really good and the room was clean and everything I expected. The lobby is very nice and they have some great personal touches with coffee and happy hour. Highly recommend!

I stayed at this location on 8-17. Been a while since my last stay at this location. am a Hilton Honor member.I had no hot water the night I arrived and no hot water the morning I left. told the lady at the check out and all she had to say was " No hot water again?. OK I will tell maintenance"not even a Sorry or whatever. Seems like Customer service is Gone. TOO BAD.breakfast for 15$ when it used to be free for Hilton Members.

we were greeted warmly when we walked in the front door, and our room was clean and spacious. the bath tub had a weird stain on it, but it wasn't a big deal. overall a good

We’re Hilton Honors Diamond members and have stayed at Hilton Garden Inn locations all over the western-half of the country and they’re typically clean and comfortable with nice staff. Unfortunately that’s not the case for this location. We had two rooms, both of which smelled like cigarette smoke (3rd floor). One so badly that we had to change rooms. We should have done that for both. The new room (2nd floor) was better. The water pressure in both rooms was abysmal; it took more than 30 minutes to get the shampoo out. Both rooms had stains in the carpet, and one carpet (3rd floor room) was actually sticky in places.The person at reception was nice when we checked in, but when I made her aware of the issues we had with the room, there was no reaction - no apology for the experience or any indication that the feedback would be acted on.There are several other options nearby, including other Hilton properties. If you have the option, choose one of those.

This was our first stay at this particular hotel. We visit Corpus Christ at least 2-3 times per year and we try to stay at locations that offer breakfast included in the stay due to us staying with our 2 growing boys (8 and 12). I thought that was the case here but I guess when I booked my stay I did not select that option. Never the less the room was nice and clean. However, the same can not be said about their pool. Probably one of the filthiest hotel pools we have been in. There were leaves and other debris floating at the top and swirling around at the bottom of the pool. So disappointing. Also as an aside, the TRU hotel down the street had the room at the rate and it included breakfast.

As a long time Hilton Honors member, this is by far the worst Hilton property I have stayed at in a very long time. The carpet in the hallways was dated, filthy and had several mystery stains. There was an overarching odor of mold throughout the entire facility and the room had large dust deposits in the corners. The beds were all very uncomfortable and had obviously old, stiff, thin budget mattresses. The pool had a closing time of 10:30 PM listed but there was a group in the pool with a large radio until well after 11:30 PM that we could hear clearly from our 3rd floor room. The shower had horrible water pressure resulting in water coming from the shower head with little more force than a trickle. The only positive that I can state with certainty was the front desk staff, as they were very helpful and friendly.
