Took sofa there to be recovered. Let the office worker know what fabric we selected. She said she received message with fabric selection. Called 3 weeks later to check on progress. They said they never received what our fabric selection was. I told owner the color name & number of the fabric. Called 3 weeks later to check. Owner said he called, but company claimed to have no color like that. I sent him photo of the fabric sample. Said he would order next day. Husband got upset & went to pick up couch. It was wet & had scratches on it that were not there previously.

I did my research and decided to take my boat cushions to Hinojosa, and I’m glad that I did! I was very impressed with the price and quality of their work. Best upholstery shop that I’ve ever dealt with.

I hired Hinojosa Upholstery to manufacture and install spray curtains for an offshore center console fishing boat. A 50% deposit was placed in January 2022 and was told the curtains would be installed in 3 weeks. The 3 weeks passed and Aldo Hinojosa gave numerous excuses on why the job was not complete and then wouldn't return phone calls or text. After 2 1/2 months the curtains were installed and payment was made in full. We had issues with them on the 1st day and Hinojosa eventually sent a sub contractor to repair. The sub contractor stated the Aldo and his wife had no business doing the install as it was done all wrong. He made some adjustments but that has not worked. Items have ripped, torn apart, etc.. They have promised to come and repair every month since April but do not return text or phone calls. I took the curtains to the shop in October 2022. Aldo said all items would be repaired and installed on my boat November 11, 2022 at 3PM. Aldo never showed up, called or responded. It is my understanding that he has lost, misplaced, resold, or stolen the curtains.I would not trust this Hinojosa to do any work for you. Aldo is essentially a thief who has stolen over 4k from me.

They did a good job with our RV Dinette cushions. The problems I had were getting them to give me the total cost and their time frame. I had to make time by leaving work to drive up there because they wouldn't answer the phone. About a week and a half had passed and I still hadn't heard from them. Took them two and a half weeks to get them done. I know COVID plays a role in why It took so long............ Just let people know before, that way they know what to expect or go somewhere else.

I just happened by their shop and went in. Friendly, talented and fairly inexpensive. Recovered my pickup truck seat for me a few days later. Seemed like great people.
