I went to exchange a dress that my daughter was given for her 9th birthday. It was extremely small. I spoke to a sales associate who informed me that since it was purchased online they would not be able to honor an exchange. The associate did call his manager to see if he could override that. The manager told me that he would go ahead and do the exchange and that the item was $9.99. I spent about an hour finding something my daughter liked the manager then stated at the register he would need the receipt or QR code. It was a complete waste of time and energy over $9. I would never shop there personally and would not recommend anyone shop there. Stores that have ridiculous policies for cheap clothing are not worth it. Don’t waste your time.

Would have been nice to check out upstairs, but no sales staff was up there. But clean store, well lit, friendly staff once we found them and found what I needed cheaper than at Walmart
