“Ok so O'Neal Davis in sales and Sharna Sheilds the office manager went way above and beyond with their customer and patience. We wenvery indecisive with what we wanted to buy and changed our purchase three times before finally settling on the purchase we wanted. They were very patient and supportive. We didn't feel rushed or like an inconvenience. They have a very good team here. We'll shop here again, but they should probably start running when they see us pull in the parking lot.”
“Carlos was an amazing sales rep. He gave us the best advice and such a great deal. He even went as far as contacting the sales rep at the other chuys to see if he had somthing we might like that he couldn't show us. He saved our parking spot right in the front by putting chairs on it. He even went as far as coming to get us when we were sitting down eating to let us know that security was going to tow our truck because we parked in a space we shouldn't have and that's when he saved us a spot using chairs.”

“It's zbout the only choice after walmart.or michaels. But I drive from rockport. And was pretty upset when there's nobody to help in the yarn and fabric area. Theni fineally go to the front. There's a long line. One cashier. I was ready to just walk out. Was looking around,obviously pissed,and his girl who was just standing there,called gor someone to come run a register. Idk what she was there for ,security??? They pay someone to stand there,but nobody in the other departments to help. I think one lady cut her own fabric while I was looking for help. Think I'll try michaels next time.”

“We had gone into Ashley before and were disappointed and underwhelmed. Dave at Rooms To Go was a breath of fresh air! Not only was he knowledgeable about product, he was not at all pushy, and he was pretty fun to be around for the hour we shopped. We got a killer deal on this entire living room suit. It is just my style and was sitting in my home within 48 hours. Dave helped with interest free financing and answered all of our questions! In a few months I'll be back to see Dave and to upgrade our bedrooms! A+ service, great experience! 10/10 would recommend. Ask for Dave!”

“They have a wide variety of nice items that change a lot. They also have no online ordering due to the changing of items throughout the year. They do not have any delivery options, so if there's a large item, you have to find a way to transport it yourself.
It's too bad. I wanted to buy a large item they had, but my car is too small to transport it. I suppose I'll save $ though..

“Wow!!! I placed an order with At Home with only $10 delivery charge. We live about 40 minutes from the store. It was supposed to come tomorrow. We ate dinner and the order was already here!!! Amazing service! I will definitely start looking at this as a new shopping option as Amazon's lead time has been getting very bad here. This will give me an option for items that At Home has. Great job!!!”
“I went to another craft store and balked at the knitting supplies. 1 set of circular needles for $8! INSANE! And the yarn selection was abysmal. But here?? Got the same needles for $1.49, and in the yarn weight I wanted, I found some that didnt feel like the green part of an over-used dish sponge! All around 100% recommend for fiber artists!”
