Ordered a $1000 lawnmower and it arrived damaged. Called the store 3 times, no answer. Been engaged in a chat for an hour. They are offering a $100 discount and a $175 part.

Oops I did it again. Well after I swore off Home Depot because they canceled two deliveries that were very important, I decided to give them one last chance. I ordered a front loading washer and it was to be delivered this last Saturday. They called and said they were 20 minutes away. We never heard back and got a text and they said they couldn't find the address. So I called and canceled my order. Never again.

Went and bought paint, didn’t have enough came back a week later to buy some more. Took a picture of the paint bucket and the sticker on top. Came back painted the floor next day checked on it and it was a different color. Went back to the store and showed them picture and videos and said I needed to bring the paint bucket close to full back once I notice a different color change. Duh me wondering how the crap do you know the difference when it is wet and dry paint also not to mention same company, same brand and same name. So of course I painted the whole floor not a small spot, let it dry to notice the difference. One of the 5 gallon the employee put some paint on the outside and dried it up the second bucket as shown did not do that. This is a $200 for 1-5 gallon garage paint that I bought that looks like crap.

I placed my online order on February 16th for a case of 4 gallons of shower cleaner for my small business. Got a email saying that it should be in store February 23rd. Still hadn't heard anything so called them today. Apparently it was "lost in transit" whatever that means and they had to reorder it. I've been waiting 2 weeks for this order already and when I asked how long it would take she couldn't tell me. And when I asked if they could set aside 4 jugs of what the get in on Thursday she said I'd have to pay for them. I told her I paid for 4 jugs; why can't y'all just give me the jugs yall get in in two days and keep my order that y'all reordered when it gets in? There was an excuse there too.. Ive been using Home Depot for my businesses supplies for years and after today I will be buying all my supplies from their competitor! Y'all lost a good customer today.

After attempting to get supplies today, I have decided NOT to make Home Depot my main resource for supplies. Every time I go to the store it is a hassle to get my military discount, today was no exception. I registered online with my DD214 and still not receiving my discount. I know that $300 is not much in a daily sales, but I asked for my military discount and received an explanation that because of COVID they could not provide one on lumber. To begin with, everything I was after was anywhere from $.60 - $1.00 a piece more at Home Depot than at Lowe's, but with the discount I figured I would break somewhat even by staying closer to home verses driving into Corpus Christi. I shopped at the Calallen store because it is closer to my home and thought I had a military discount. In the future, I will be going to Lowe's who always honors the military discount, never get a hassle about my military discount and I never have to present a receipt for returns. Imagine in today's world Lowe's tracks all my purchases, Home Depot, as I am told, has no record. Another thing, Lowe's always asks how they can improve their service to the customer and it was a pain to find a way to communicate with HD where I didn't have to wait on the phone for an extended period of time, showing me that HD is again failing in customer service. The only way I found a way to communicate with HD was on social media and I will be going out there and letting everyone know the type of service I received. In the future, Lowe's will be receiving the larger portion of my home improvement dollar.

0 customer service at this location; one person too busy to help with a line of people behind him. several women standing around up front doing nothing that tell you I don't work in that that department. Try Ace Hardware they have better customer service there; and I will go there next time I need something.

Don't even bother coming here or ordering online they don't know how to do their job. Order delivery online they never showed a week later I finally just go up to the store after they told me over the phone they couldnt deliver it so I drove the hr to them and they sold my items I paid for. They told me they would hold two of the three items I paid for cuz they sold one of them and then when I show up they didnt hold anything a sold the others. worst experience ever!

You can't go wrong shopping at Home Depot. From lumber and electrical needs to landscaping and cleaning supplies; If it's for your home they've got you covered. I've found The Home Depo has much lower prices for big savings over Lowes!

This is the worst home improvement store in the state do not I repeat do not shop here. Most of the people that work here are to d*** to help you. Then they are so rude when you ask for help. Then at the register the they are even ruder the idiot I got today Veronica is the reason they invented self checkout. I would have left if I had time to run to LOWE'S where they want your business.

This is only a one star review because it's the lowest option. Asked 2 workers for assistance since I am currently in a wheelchair. Both of them walked of and paged someone, and twice no one showed up to help. Staff is non existent or unwilling to help if you need. Be advised.

I am a master electrician and had a gentleman working in the electrical department telling me to violate the National Electrical Code! I told him what he recommended was a violation. Somehow he thought "This is Texas" means electrical code violations are more safe here than the rest of the country! If you are not educated in the laws and building codes, you should not be telling people how to perform an install; or should at least be liable for your uneducated recommendations!
