I have been a customer for over 38 years with IBC. I called on Friday to request a simple increase of $2000 dollars for an out of state transaction on my debit card. After answering 6 security questions properly and a 30 minute wait, I was informed that I am not on my own account. They denied my request. My wife goes in to the local branch and they say everything is fine. this bank has gone completely downhill. There are snotty young bank representatives that are rude and under zero supervision. You ask for someone in charge and there is noone. I absolutely do not recommend doing business with this bank any longer. Damn shame, they used to be the best in customer service but no longer. They absolutely suck in every aspect from handling transactions to customer service. I only gave them one star because otherwise it wouldn't post my review.

Well well this bank has an unpleasant odor of dirty butt. That's a good place for a febreze plug-in. I've walked in there twice and I've not heard a good afternoon or good morning welcome to IBC, and I've been banking with IBC for 24 years now and they do run a bit tediously slow with only one teller at the window and handling people in the line inside the bank. You would think you know it's the beginning of the month people get paid on Friday you would have more people working there. One guys off to lunch the other one is just there by himself and Lady please stop popping your gum it's very unprofessional

The IBC on Everhart always takes a min of 20-min to take my deposit!! UGH !! Always a Horrible Experience I dread Making deposits with a Teller but when the ATM is down ? I have no choice & the CSR are always in training???

If you want a bank where the drive thru takes 30 minutes once you send in your deposit this is the bank for you! Happens every time I go.

Poor service. 2 on DT and no one on the 3 computers up front. "Be with you shortly" doesn't mean 30minutes in line to just make a deposit.
