$15 to replace a debit card!! Over and over this bank is proving not to be a friend of the customer. The card is poorly designed to wear out in months To where you can’t even read the numbers than they charge you to replace it . Thanks IBC - definitely looking for a new bank !

I have banked with IBC for a little over 40 years. I just went to the drive-thru to withdraw just $200. I was told that now ALL withdrawals have to be done inside the bank. This is such an inconvenience. I am recovering from back surgery so walking is painful for me. I think it's time to change banks after 40 years.

I had to make a,deposits I'm 78 the teller was counting money at the window for a car in the drive way she told me to step away from the counter all the way back toward the door to make me very nervous that like I was going to rob her at the time I have take most of money out of this bank me and 4 other customers waited 24 min do not use this bank they have no management no problem skills my cousins closed there account also to go bank with another bank

Worse make in corpus only San antonio banks are good rude teller no Manger wait time 26 min at window inside 24min we with drew all our acts there some quite a bit teller told my nearly 80 year old cousin step away from the window inside cause she was counting money really a 80 year going to rob her 5 other customers heard it let's give this bank the worst in Texas go to chase or Wells Fargo this bank should be closed we reported it to corporate they never responded to us we all closed our accounts

This bank deserves 0 stars. They give you all the excuses to not give you YOUR money. Long lines. The workers do not seem to care how long you have been waiting plus when they get to you all they do is walk around asking questions. They "verify" with everyone in order to give you your money just excuses to make you wait more and hope you leave. The drive thru is worst. So slooooow. The atm almost never works. They fail at something every time you go.

Over all its been a good experience here. As with most of the complaints, the wait time is horrible. Not enough staff. All cashiers were working at the wondow, no one left at the lobby. This branch can do a lot to improve, but I can say its not the worse.

This Bank is horrible way to many rules can't get your money when needed plus customer service is horrible plus the wait is stupid long!
