Absolutely phenomenal. we ordered and were floored by an absolutely stellar unsweet tea jokethe food was *very* mediocre and we waited for thirty minutes for a got dahm jr. bacon cheeseburger but the service earns this specific jack in the box five starsthank you to the unsweet tea man for an unforgettable first experience at jack’s box.side note: this sign leads me to believe people have trespassed before and that makes it 8x better because who would break into a jack in the box

Was told an employee walked and could not take our order, even though there was one car in front of us. I worked in fast food for 4 years you can miss me with that. Do y recommend trying to order anything from here.

Excellent customer service, food was alright, the lettuce did not taste good in the tacos I got. Jalapeño poppers were good though, no complaints there.

5th time ordering from here and either my order never comes and or it's completely someone's else's order and or I never get a refund. Trying to call the store for assistance and the phones are never answered. Definitely done ordering from this jack in the box.
