The agent that helped me was very friendly and courteous. I was asked all the usual questions and asked if I had any myself. My overall experience was fast and pleasant. Definitely coming back next year and recommending to my friends and family.

Had a 3pm appointment showed up and was told they cant see appointments on the system so the walkin was seen at 315pm while i had to wait till they were finished. So what is the point of making an appointment if they have no clue if theres an appointment and it first come first serve anyway appointments dont mater here if i would have known that i would have been there earlier just sitting there waiting then

I appreciated the fact that they still are following prodigal with the “mask” issue that the Governor Abbott issued to be lifted! She was professional and courteous.
