I just wanted to send a shout out to an employee here, We went to JA on sunday to get help with my daughter's 10 year old charm bracelet that had a broken clasp, and the lady named Jolynn was so amazing and sweet. She helped us start to finish and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and she was overall so so informative. Thank you for making my daughter's 12th birthday complete now that she will have her charm bracelet back where it belongs on her wrist. 🙏🏻🥰

Sophie helped me with my lovely granddaughter bracelet. She was so amazing, she helped me get the perfect size and was so caring and understanding. My granddaughter is beyond happy with her bracelet and Sophie helped me choose the most amazing charms ever! Great service and friendly. Sometimes a little packed but just depends what day you go. I try to avoid weekends. Sometimes y lo u can drop off and it will be ready same service day.

Never been inside a real store before and really liked the atmosphere and being able to see all the charms in person. Service was good and attentive but when I picked up my wife's bracelet from getting a new charm on and my daughter's brand new one, they just gave me them in a little plastic baggie. I understand for my wife's, but my daughter's was a brand new bracelet with brand new charms and very much a gift. We ended up picking up a gift bag for it on the way home but I really feel a brand new James Avery charm bracelet should have come in a proper box and JA gift bag.
