The store manager Lupe is amazing! She took care of my problem with corporate quickly and easily. She called me back to verify everything was taken care of. Her pleasant and caring persona was reassuring and comforting. Every staff member I talk to prior to Lupe at this location was also extremely cooperative and helpful. Lupe and her team exemplify what customer service is.

I love the sales at Joann's! It's very clear what is on sale & love the app that shows different coupons. Very organized & staff is always helpful

Excellent customer service. I was there today with an interesting request and the manager Caitlyn was so very helpful and was so patient, understanding and calm. She is CLEARLY a hard worker too, she was zoomin’ all over that store helping customers and stocking and stuff. I appreciate her and I appreciate kind humans like that. The world needs more of it! Will be back ?

Slightly disappointed in the lack of stock and the lack of competitive pricing. The yarn that the wife normally needs for crocheting isn't reasonably priced. It was $5.99 whereas at Hobby Lobby, you can get yarn at around $2.99. This crafts store feels a bit on the pricey side and doesn't really feel like they deserve my money. Feels more like a dying business every time I walk in. The wife and I say to come here if you ABSOLUTELY MUST, but this isn't a place to stop by for crafting supplies if you're trying to save some money. 3/5 stars! Perhaps stock the store up more and do not have so many empty shelves... And have more competitive prices you are right across the street from a Hobby Lobby!

I placed a pick up order and paid for it. It was being held until I could pick it up. I received and email , no phone call that the order was cancelled. I called the store about the cancelled order and was told by Noella that because I did not pick it up in so many days they cancelled it. I wish I would have known that I only had X number of days to pick it up. At least on the email notification saying you only have so many days to pick up before order is returned, so I could have made arrangements. I live out of town and only get into Corpus once or twice a month. Noella was flippant in saying that is their policy. When I expressed that I probably would not do business with them anymore, she acted all smart elicit as though it did not bother her about the store losing business or getting a bad reputation. I guess I will be ordering from other online vendors now. Sad that people can’t just be kind and offer solutions to fix the issue instead of being jerks. All she had to do was say how sorry she was it was cancelled and would I like her to see if it was still available, to which I would have responded kindly for the help and appreciated the effort put forth to resolve the issue. Just no good customer service anymore.

Felt super uncomfortable shopping there my brother and I were looking at the Halloween decorations because we heard they had a good deal. I didn't appreciate constantly being harassed by the employees. Being constantly asked if we need help... or being gawked at by them. We went in there to shop and purchase our items not steal. Never will I ever shop at this store you do not assume we are stealing by our look. Not everyone wears sunshine and rainbows will be contacting

Never shopping at Joann's again. Every time I go in there, I calculate the shelf price of the item (with no sale prices) and every single time I go to the register the total comes up to hundreds of dollars more than the shelf prices. Not a few dollars. HUNDREDS of dollars!! When I do this at Michaels it comes up to the same or less. At Hobby Lobby it always comes up to less because I don't figure in the sale prices on purpose. So Joann's are lying to customers and actually charging more on items than the shelf price states. That's a scam! Then to top it off, they say stuff doesn't ring up every single time and add it on again. I complained about this and the cashiers don't care. They don't have good customer service skills whatsoever. They carelessly drop customer's items on the floor that they are buying because they can't pick up stuff properly with their stupid long fake nails either. Plus the store is so suffocatingly hot it makes me sick, especially since I'm on meds that make me heat sick faster. But they don't care about their customers' wellbeing. Joann's should be reimbursing all the customers they screwed over. There is nothing at Joann's that I can't find elsewhere so I'm never going there again. I recommend Hobby Lobby or Michaels over Joann's.

their yarn selection was the best thing I've ever seen- pretty much any color you want or at least something very similar. I went for a specific charm (first time in the store) and found exactly what I needed without too much looking. going back to get yarn soon ??

Unfortunately I don't know the name of the lady who helped me but to the lady who was working in cuts 4-20-23 sometime after 330pm thank you so much for taking your time for the phone customer from out of town even gave me the item number thank you for going above for me.?? just thought it needed to be known great customer service!!!

It was a great day that, when needed, Associates were available! When does that happen in the big retail business? Nonetheless, I had to shop the sales and clearance areas as, for the most part, it's overpriced. Five overall.
