Helpful and friendly staff at the parts counter.

Staff was knowable and had the correct part in stock. Purchased other parts as a “just in case” the likely part did not accomplish the job. It takes me about an hour to get to the store. The staff behind the counter noted that I could return the unused items. I returned to the store to return the item and was met with an “I’m sorry, we don’t return electrical items”. He noted that it was printed on the receipt. I explained what I was previously told by their staff. I received a “we should do better” explanation. K. Message received, find a different store.
I gave 2 stars due to original staff member assisting with identifying the correct part.
Would give 0 stars for being lied to.
