I purchased a watch for my wife for Christmas, 2024 at the Kendra Scott store in LA Palmera Mall in Corpus Christi. It had a small ornament on the clasp. The ornament came off within the first few times she wore it.
I took it back to the same store and they said they couldn't do anything. My wife loves Kendra Scott jewelry, but I won't spend another dime on the junk they sell if they won't back it up!
And I couldn't believe how rude the woman was. It's like I had no reason to expect anything since it had been more than 30 days.

I received a $200 gift card to La Palmera mall from my uncle for babysitting my cousins. I was very excited to shop at Kendra Scott, and I was looking forward to purchasing a necklace. As soon as I found a necklace I wanted, I handed it to the employee and she immediately asked her co-worker a question. I knew that she was talking about me and the purchase I wanted to make. She later told me that using my gift card is not an acceptable payment at Kendra Scott. When I heard her say that, I felt very disappointed and she apologized but I felt as if she was looking down at me for paying with a gift card. I spent my money at the other stores without any trouble and the other stores’ employees treated me with kindness. I won’t be shopping at Kendra Scott.

My daughter was gifted a $200.00 gift card to La Palmera Mall. She was happy to get this gift card and chose to shop at this store. She found a necklace she liked but my daughter got her heart broken when she was told by an employee that the store does not accept the La Palmera gift card. We just left this store and we will not be returning and will not buy any of it’s merchandise with any form of payment.

I went in to get my birthday gift and was told that the earrings I wanted were not in stock at the store. I was told I could order them online, which was fine. The lady that was helping me told me that they were out of stock online as well, that's okay too. I end up creating color bar earrings that I thought were the same, however, when I look at them after getting home I realized they were not. I look on the website at the return policy and find out that I cannot return them because they were a birthday discount purchase. I also find out that the earrings I had originally wanted WERE on the website and COULD be ordered from there. Now I am stuck with a pair of earrings I don't want because I can't return them. I will not be shopping at this location ever again.

The sales associate with the red hair was rude and could’ve explained the return policy a little more clearly instead of making the customer feel stupid. Also said you couldn’t look up receipts even thought they took my email and that doesn’t make sense to me. She needs some customer service training.
