Most horrible experience! I wish I could post pictures of my swollen and bruised arm.The more I told her to stop because of the pain the more she dug the needle in.

surprising.. area was debatable, but inside office and employers were great .. professional and competent .. the mural in the parking is beautiful.. short wait time with no appointments. will use them again

I went to labcorp for my annual bloodwork. I am one of those that hate needles, however I barely felt it. I was in and out in 30min. Thanks for making a painless and smooth visit.

The office ladies were gossiping and cussing as we walked in, when I was signing in they just kept talking & I look up & the lady tells her coworker “ugh I’ll tell you later on” as if I was being a inconvenience? Weird.Wait time was ok, the lady called me to the back within 5 minutes although she hurt me very bad, my vein is super swollen today and irritated. I have a bruise the size of a quarter and she had no remorse for the pain, I turned very pale and she just said “all done” these ladies do NOT CARE about their patients/customers.Do NOT come here.

About 5 female workers standing in front laughing & gossiping, while about 4-5 patients sitting in waiting room.
Attitude they have plenty, I have been here about 4 times in past 3 months and still with the attitude & not acknowledging anyone.
Someone from higher up should walk in , act like a patient and watch how they treat people.
Disappointment all around.
If you don't like your job then do something else.
Or act like you do. If you all are having a bad day, as usual, don't bring your negativity onto others.
Don't bring your outside life to work.
Very Unprofessional Ladies!

The amount due at appointment was different than what I was quoted when scheduling the appointment, $200 more. Highly inconvenient for people paying out of pocket.

Connie is rude. She used the same needle to stick me 3 times. She also slammed items and draws the entire visit after I told her about possible infection from her practice

EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF. “Manager Thelma” and red headed “Frank”. Caused me a great deal of inconvenience. It was obvious that they had zero desire to accomodate me. I was less than 5 min late & it was only because cops were diverting traffic.They had all kinds of lame excuses ..System down, we don’t collect after 4, but we went ahead and serviced the man behind you ???….None of it made sense they are just rude and unhelpful and I won’t be going there again. May someone treat you the way you treated me the next time you need something done.

Contrary to other reviews I did not have a long wait at all. I self checked in with the computers up front and waited maybe a total of 10 min before they called me in the back. Facility was very clean. The reason for my low rating is because of how I was treated by the tech. I went there to get a drug test for a job I’m applying for. It’s their standard procedure that all future employees must go through. However when I went in there he treated me like a complete criminal. And I felt like I was in jail as opposed to a professional business with the way he was treating me. He was rude, cold and snapped at me when I ask him a question that had him repeat himself. I would try to avoid this place if possible.

The technician had not read the order prior to seeing my wife, and asked her questions about who the ordering physician was that he should have known. It took 3 tries to draw blood, after having to go to a smaller needle, and using the other arm. It was a painful experience for my wife, and very disappointing after our good visits to Labcorp in San Antonio. This was our first and last visit to this location.
