the overall experience was quick and easy! i’m absolutely terrified of bloodwork and just needles in genera but Miranda was AWESOME. She was quick, informative, but also kind and gentle. She distracted me and got the job done quickly. Will be back for my lab needs in the future.

Disgusting. I went there to get lab work done this morning and I felt so uncomfortable so we left. The building looks like its infested with roaches. I couldn’t even stand in the waiting room for 5 minutes without leaving. The roaches were inside crawling around and everyone seemed like that was okay. I didn’t even tell the technicians we were leaving, we just got our stuff and went to the location on Staples. Gladly we did because that’s ridiculous to have roaches in a facility that draws blood and the staples location is actually clean.

They couldn't provide you with efficient and professional service. My doctor's order said "STAT, results need to be faxed over by 1 pm", but my clinic never received the results from this Labcorp. Called the location 10+ and nobody answered the phone. Finally someone picked up the phone and put my on hold for another 3 minutes until I called them again.

LabCorp has really lazy & rude employees. Left one location to try another and it's the same thing... They have an elderly woman with diabetes needing her sugar, mind you she is FASTING sitting lobby for 3 hours just for lab work. Been here since 9am it's now 1208pm & she is till waiting just to get labwork.

LabCorp has really lazy & rude employees. Left one location to try another and it's the same thing... They have an elderly woman with diabetes needing her sugar, mind you she is FASTING sitting lobby for 3 hours just for lab work. Everyone from the front office to the person who drew blood were so friendly and professional! I highly recommend going there if you need lab work done.

Absolutely worthless staff. No one at the desk when you walk in, don’t disclose all the details of 24 hour urine specimens and then act like it’s your fault you weren’t aware of the all the ins and outs of that lab.Truly worthless, find another location. I wouldn’t trust these people to run a lemonade stand never mind have anything to do with my treatment.
