Because of the face mask, I had to lift my voice, and repeat myself, then the Hispanic lady did something unexplainable, she put alcohol in the blood work, lab results came back and the doctor's nurse said high levels of alcohol were found, Don't deal with this Hispanic lady there ask the doctor to SEND you to another LAB. DON'T RECOMMEND THIS LAB. She's always RUDE even heard how others complain about her.

Brought my one year old daughter in for her well baby blood work. The phlebotomist was very kind, gentle, and quick. A very positive experience, will definitely return for any future lab needs.

Staff were very inconsiderate to my parent, who is over 70 yrs of age. They need to be more understanding & courteous, such using please, thank you & offer assistance. Patients going in are already stressed & nervous. They need to think!

Very unprofessional, the lab technician didn't have a lab coat on, she had a street tshirt on, scrub pants rolled down on the waistline. She blew 3 veins. I don't recommend this lab to anyone.The bathroom had long black hair on the sink.

Very Friendly and courteous employees. I would recommend this lab. The hours posted on google are wrong though. Hours are from 7:00am to 4:00pm Monday through Friday and they do not close for lunch.

Took my very ill wife on a 40 mile trip to this lab, only to be told that she should have taken a dose of medicine first. Resulted in having to make another 40 mile trip the next day, causing my wife to become more ill .Some one should have informed us about the need to take the meds first, and all this could have been avoided. Not a good experience. Worm drive operation.
