Very dirty, messy pedicure. The hot towels are not even clean, my feet and legs smell like mildew!

I needed a full set. I need a natural length and I also wanted them to be oval and my person that was doing my nails kept saying no it wouldn’t work she did what she wanted to do. I asked her four times for the shape that I liked, and she still did not give me the oval she gave me the pointed ones. I paid $50 and I went back to tell them that I was not happy with it and the receptionist started talking their language and then she told me to go sit down and when I sit down, she asked me how short did I want them I explain to her and then she Grabbed my hand, very harsh, I pulled my hand back and gave me the nail clippers and told me to cut my Owen nails . I got very upset and walked out. I will never go to the salon again.
