Worst experience I’ve ever had, 2 weeks after buying the car I had 2 employees show up to my job claiming my car was stolen and I had fake tags on it .. after this issue was resolved a few months have passed by I haven’t received my plates or registration and it turns out the paperwork that was filed months ago wasn’t complete (filed incorrectly) all in all feels like I’ve been violated and misled by sketchy sales ! 10/10 would not Recommend this place to anyone

Beware used car buys at this location. I purchased a vehicle at the end of September and after haveing the vehicle for 10 days got stranded in the middle of a very dangeous intersection at night after coming from the car wash which drying the vehicle with a car drying towel the paint was comming off..CCPD had to stop traffic and help me push the car to a safe location. So left the car overnight stranded and had to get a tow truck to take vehicle back to the dealership. As sitting with these people for 3 days all day at the establishment i get a text from a a service man saying there is a reacall on this vehicle on the moter. So after all this for 3 days they didnt want to work with me on getting another vehicle or giving me my downpayment back they finally aggreed to give me another vehicle..Well i should of tryed harder to get my money back and run i aggreed to another vehicle. Well long story short ive had that vehicle for at least 3 weeks and the vehicle died on me thank God this time in a parking lot.Mind you i had already went a week before and told them the car felt like it wanted to stall. The servive man said he knew what it was and it was safe to drive till i was able to take it in.Well i trusted them to not do me wrong especiilly after it being my second vehicle. Well again the car got towed and still sitting in the way back of the dealership like i know it is already forgotten. So again nobody will return my phone calls ..Waited for a manager to come out and talk to me but never came out. They wont give me my money back and have not even had neither vehicle for 30 days which states on the agreement. These people do not care about you they ignore you when you go or call..Im on Hold now with the Better Buisiness Burreau. These People are Fraud and should be ashamed of themselves.

Brought my truck in for an oil change with no issues with the truck. When I left I noticed the check engine light was now on and when I brought it back it had something to do with an air filter cover not being replaced correctly. Then I was told that "that happens, you can bring your vehicle in with no issues and they leave with them". The check engine light is still on. Whoever went under the hood did something to make this happen, and instead of owning it, they tried to blame the truck and random chance. Seriously a sexist misogynist organization. One more example of corporate corruption. Not returning to this store.

I purchased a 2021 Dodge Ram 1500 and purchased the extended warranty however it is still under factory warranty. The truck has 29,000 miles and an emergency light came on saying the power training had a problem. I called Lithia Dodge several times to get an appointment to take it in. I left messages with the receptionist, called several times and to no avail no return calls. I finally called the sales department because I knew someone would answer. I spoke to Bianca who was wonderful and she sent an email to the service department telling them to call me we had an urgent situation. NO CALL! Out of utter disbelief I called Love. They took the truck and gave me a ride home. They will fix it however I will never purchase anything from Lithia again especially after spending $45000.00. Thank you Bianca for all of your help in this matter.

The salesman and sales manager lied to us. The general manager was too busy to talk with us. We went back and forth and finally agreed upon a price; signed, sealed and almost delivered. When it came time to finance, everything changed. The base price of the vehicle increased, thus they were wanting us finance more than originally agreeing to. As of this writing we are still "fighting" with them. Unfortunately they are the only dealer in the area that has the vehicle we want. Going to try Corporate, but not holding my breath. If you have any other choices, DON'T BUY AT LITHIA CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM OF CORPUS CHRISTI!!!!!!!!!!

The service was poor, salesman helped for all he could and was grateful but finance and managers were crap. Told me the $36,000 vehicle I wanted was actually $42,000 and wrote me out at $54,000 out the door. Pathetic. I went to San Antonio and got better pricing and respect.

Do not purchase from this dealership.. I had nothing but issues with this establishment, I purchased a 95 used Corvette from the used car dealer .. a yr ago when I got to dealership to test drive the Corvette the car had a bad battery .. so the sales guy got them to jumpstart the Corvette so I could test drive it.. I told The Used car manager I would buy it if they would replace the battery .. He said you got a deal.. well a couple of months went by and the radiator went out.. through the pandemic it took me a bit to find a radiator... I ordered several but they were wrong size I had to return them n pay a heavy restocking fee.. finally my Mechanic said it could be refurbished so I opted for that.. ok got car going so within this time line I wouldn't have suspected that the battery was the same old car battery it had when I text drove the car.. a couple of weeks later the master cylinder gave out .. so was able to get it fix within the month because unfortunately my mechanic got Covid and was unable to fix car ... finally got car going after a month and half.. I have another vehicle and work a lot so I drove corvette for occasional times .. mainly in my days off but always had to jump start the car I'm thinking it's because I'm not driving it daily.. and then came the time to get registration but I was completely unable to do so car sat there unable to drive because the dealership lost the title and they never paid for tax title n license.. So it took nearly a yr to resolve the problem.. within this timeframe I wasn't driving the car so I never paid full attention to the battery but upon looking at the pictures of the day I test drove the car I took pictures of the engine n battery and when I compare the picture of the bad battery in the picture it's the very same bad battery.. they never replaced it the recharge the battery n lied about new battery.. no manager ever apologized or could be reached always talk to salesman or receptionist but nobody resolved issues.. Do not purchase car there this place is shady and the worst management team ever...

This dealership & the people working for it can't be trusted. They are liars. They will mislead into believing whatever they want. Only to come to find out it's not true. How can you buy a car from a liar you can't trust. By far the worst car buying process of my life.

RUN!!!! Nothing but liars and con artists working here. You can't believe or trust anything these people tell you. They took my 5k my 2020 limited expedition & 2019 BMW 530i put me in a 2023 Grand Cherokee summit. I've had the car since b4 Christmas. My cars have not been paid off! The loan for the new car is not be finalized. Then yesterday when I went in they said we have a back up plan! A back up plan? You said you needed tax return and thats it. Your back up plan is going from 1500 a month to 1850 a month. I'm not doing that. They almost wanted the car back and put me back into my car yesterday. Not when you have my 5k and both my cars. So I left. Now today after sleeping. They can have their car back that they Indian gave me. LIARS LIARS LIARA! I have two cars. I don't need to beg any bank for a car. At this point I wouldn't do business with them on any loan or any car. I can't trust a liar. I will not be giving you my business after you lied to me. I been thru emotional stress ever since I got back from Christmas vacation. Going to them was a big mistake.

This dealership is nothing but a bunch of shysters. I bought My Jeep four years ago And purchased the oil package which was $2000 and as it was explained to me was 20 oil changes over the lifetime of your vehicle. There was no mention of the fact that it expired or that they would not refund. Well for years just come by and took my car in for the oil change and lo and behold the package they sold me expired. No one had bothered to mention to me over the course of the four years but hey your package is going to expire or anything related to it. Since I have only had a few oil changes over the course of four years because I don't drive a lot, I have paid over $300 iper oil change. When I called the dealership to have them either extend package or refund due to their miscommunication I was told, we can't do anything for you. Lousy customer service lousy dealership don't ever buy from them

Salesman Benito and I negotiated the price of a vehicle. I proceeded with signing contracts and paying my down payment. I informed them that I have booked my flight to pick up the vehicle. He then informed me of service charges "not much" totaling $3,950 will be added to the price of the vehicle. I politely declined paying any extra charges after the fact and asked for a refund of my down payment. I had to contact the dealership repeatedly in order to remind them to reverse the charges. They were insisting that I pay an extra $10k for another vehicle they had available. If I didn't have $4k apparently I had an extra $10k? They're crooks! The contract/warranty has discrepancies as well. It took the dealership 2 weeks to reverse the charges. I've gone through 3 weeks of headaches dealing with this dealership. If you do decide to do business with this dealership, be sure to use Robert Redix, he was the only salesman compassionate enough to ensure that I was treated fairly.

Service department is ready to take your money and lie about the work they did. Wanted my tires rotated and an oil change done. I label each wheel before I get them rotated because I knew it probably wouldn't get done going through the quick lane. Sure enough I check the wheels before paying and they weren't rotated. Told the service manager and the tech lied and said he rotated them. Walked over to the car and showed them the markings. Nothing is worse then liars and I wonder how many people they have scammed when they couldn't complete a 10 min job. Pathetic.

Short and sweet: The service department will try fraud to make money off you. I brought my truck in for one issue, but they insisted I pay for a completely unrelated repair. They admitted that my issue also existed, and was covered under warranty, but told me "We won't address your concern until you address ours." The repair they insisted on was not warranty work. It's my truck and my money. My concern is the only one that matters. Turns out that unrelated repair they insisted on wasn't broken in the first place. I had it inspected at 2 different dealerships as well as an independent mechanic. Lithia lied to try and scam me out of big bucks and when I called them on it, they handed me my keys and kicked me out. If you value honesty, avoid Lithia.
