Poor service. I took my phone in for evaluation at 1030 am. Cashier said the technician will not be in until 12 noon. That they would call me since my phone was first in line. No call back. I called at 1 pm and 230 pm. Technician had not looked at phone. I told her I would be picking up phone since 2.5 hours had passed. She stated rudly, ' I told you the phone isn't ready. I told her I would pick it up. She says 'so pick it up...' and hung up. Word of mouth gets around...Don't go here... Very unprofessional.

I drive by their Ayers location often and think about the horrible experience I had there every time... They wanted to call the cops on me because I wouldn't pay for a service I specifically made sure to not include. Seemingly family members, working at front have no care for customers. I never leave bad reviews but this place seriously sucked. I'd save you the headache if I could

Left my iPhone 11 here and was told it would take an hour at most. I went back to pick up my phone and they said it would be another 20-30 minutes. So I wait in my car and it took another 2 hours for it to be done. Will not come here again
