This specific location is terrible. Most of the employees seem like you are bothering them when you ask them to help you in anyway. They've got better things to do while at work. I went two days in a row and found both days to be equally disappointing. It's the work culture in this store and it's just tolerated by patrons. I'll find anywhere else from now on.

Go to Home Depot! Anytime you need help the employees there either act like the dont see you and go the other way or they don't know where something is and your on your own to find it. Selection is not as good as home depot.

i was requesting assistance from an employee named toni, she was highly disrespectful, proceeded to have conversations with her co workers while requesting assistance , which is highly unprofessional and disrespectful, i do not want to ever have to deal with an employee with such attitude and great disrespect. i don't understand how that person received or got the job but shouldnt be on the floor whatsoever. i left without the help for the product i needed. i will not be returning to this establishment.

Trying to get someone to assist was very difficult. The worker in lighting area was not helpful and rude. Had to buy the light bulbs I needed from Batteries Plus Bulbs.

I don't ever write reviews but I can't help myself with this place. Every single time I come here nobody knows what the hell is going on regarding pickup orders. Nothing happens in a timely manner, and none of the people who work there seem to give a shit about anything. Wish there was an option to give zero stars, because I certainly would.

For the most part it is easy to get in and out if you don't need assistance.
If you are thinking about ordering kitchen cabinets or granite, you might want to find somewhere else.
Cabinet order came in wrong for a customer after we had waited 7 weeks from the time of our order, only to have to wait 3 more weeks for the proper cabinets.
Personally I ordered granite via Lowes. Almost 10 weeks after ordering (we were told it would be 5 to 6 weeks) it came in wrong. It took two more visits over the last three weeks to get it correct. Sadly today when they came to finish it, they cut the granite and did the bullnose inside the house. We now have a coat of dust throughout the kitchen, dining, and livingroom. Even though the store manager said she'd compensate for all the cleaning now needed, it still should never have happened.
Bottom line is to get your countertops somewhere other than Lowes or Home Depot. They both use Stone Systems.
I received the response from Lowes here on the Google Review. I did try to call the number. Strange for them saying they strive for customer service, yet I was on hold when I called them (at their request) for over 15 minutes. I hung up.

I purchased a new fridge and scheduled it to be delivered to my home 2 weeks in advance. Three times I was lied to about the location of the fridge. The logistics and delivery was not on time even though the fridge was in stock at the store warehouse. 4 days of the shipping department saying it would be on the next truck. It never came on the next truck. Then the morning of the 4th day of not following through received a call saying the fridge was dented and it’s the only one left in stock. Ha bad shipping service. The employees in the store were awesome and helpful. But the shipping was a bad (Horrible) experience one of the worst.

Didn't have 8' pvc and no one working at the register. Had to check myself out. They have gone downhill in general over the last several years. I keep telling myself I'm not shopping there anymore, I will go to Home Depot, but I keep hoping they will take lessons from the Aransas Pass Lowes.

Came in for wood. Couldn’t find the untreated pine we needed. Asked an employee who continued to walk off as my husband asked for helped and said “idk I work in tools” just walked off. Asked the cashier at lumber if she could look up where it was and was no help. We told her untreated pine and kept saying the back wall when all was on the back wall is treated. So since no one cared to help a customer when nobody was even around in lumber. I put everything else I grabbed back. I’ll spend my money at Home Depot.

There curbside pickup takes a very long time. Also, I hired an electrician installer from Lowes with the range hood I bought from Lowes yet when I ran into an issue and got customer service on the phone, the woman gave me bad information. She told me that the installer would have to bring the range hood back, that there is no swap.
