Lowes just lost my business for good. Tried to make an exchange on a product that I purchased & they refused to make an exchange. This was a 2 part purchase with part 2 of the purchase having multiple items to choose from. The only way they would do anything was if I had both parts & did a full return & repurchase. I left the main part of the purchase at home as I wanted to keep that part, so I asked if the store could provide me with the flyer from the sale in which I purchased the items so I could see if the store had something in stock that I actually wanted & they refused to provide it for me stating that they would only provide it when I came back with the whole purchase, despite having a digital receipt to prove my purchase. So, I went all the way back home, gathered up the other part & returned to the store. Upon returning to the store, I was again told that nobody could help me & the manager was on lunch so I could either wait for approximately 20 minutes or come back again later. This is sub-par customer support & I will no longer give Lowes any more of my business.The only reason this rating even received 2 stars is because some of the associates I’ve dealt with in the different departments have been very nice & helpful.

I have never had a stoor rep. approach me and ask if I needed any help. I was looking at some doors at about 12:30pm Feb 2, when a very knowledgeable young lady asked if I needed some help. I spend lots of time at homedepot and may have to rethink where I am shopping and spending my hard earned money. Thanks Lowe's

Bought Lawn fertilizer for the spring. OPen the bags and found a big wet lump. Cost over $100 for two bags like $69 a bag. How do I return two open bags . Lowes in Corpus Christi refuses to give me my money back. The Garden Center has leaky poor qualtiry ceilings

Purchased appliances on 11/29/23. Gas Range, Microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and refrigerator/freezer. The refrigerator we wanted was not available so we opted to go with a substantially more expensive unit that was “in stock”. It is now 1/17/24 and still waiting on delivery of dishwasher, gas range, and refrigerator. We were told they were all in stock. They have canceled and rescheduled delivery 3 times already. I changed my weekly schedule 3 times already only to have them cancel delivery on scheduled day. They have not offered any form of compensation or reason as to why we were told these were all “available, and in stock”.I also tried to exchange a deadbolt and door knob set earlier today in order to get one with matching key. (Contractor mistakenly purchased one set with different key). I was told no, no exchanges, and the box had not even been opened. Granted, I had no receipt, but I only wanted to exchange for exact same product. You would think they would treat their customers a little better.Update: they rescheduled delivery of appliances again for Jan 31st. Then they called and canceled again. This is the 5th time.We need appliances to move in to our house. We finally got house rebuilt after fire three years ago. This is ridiculous. How does it go from “everything is currently in stock” to nothing? Still no compensation offered. @LowesCorpusChristiUpdate 1/31/24: went in, and had them call the vendor directly. Instead of Lowe’s making up another delivery date (which is what they’ve been doing), we can get actual date from the vendor looking up the purchase order. April 19th!!! Seriously. Paid for appliances on November 29th, 2023. Lowe’s says delivery within a week, after 5 cancellations by Lowe’s week after week. Actual delivery is 5 months. Do better, train your employees, and stop lying to your customers.

After my delivery for a freezer was delayed twice and rescheduled twice I went to the store and they again told me there was no stock available. So I canceled my order and went to Best Buy and bought a freezer there. When I returned home I got a call from Lowe’s delivery service saying they were on the way with my cancelled freezer. This Corpus Christi store can’t get anything correct and I’m not going there anymore.

I bought a freezer last week after being assured it was in stock and available. Instead of delivering it Tuesday as scheduled they called me to reschedule delivery twice. I then went to the story on Corpus Christi and again I was told they had no inventory that was close to the size I bought. I then canceled my order and delivery and went to Best Buy and bought a freezer there. When I returned home I got a call from the Lowe's delivery department saying they were on the way with the Freezer. I told them the order had been cancelled and to forget it. I have never seen such incompetence and poor inventory management ever. I will not be doing business there again.

Being a senior citizen & needing home improvement materials, I was dreading having to purchase these items by myself. Thanks to God for “Mingo, a store associate at store #1825, who was so helpful!!!Not only did he walk me to the department, but helped me sort through the paneling to find near perfect sheets, also loaded them on my cart! They say they have stuff in stock, name an item. It'll say there's 94 instock and allows you to purchase and pick up same day. Already charged and paid for. Hours go by, never getting, "order is ready". Later to discover, they don't have the items. There's a disconnect between placing an order pickup locally and the website that you order from. They're not communicating. I actually went to the store, hence the picture, and they're completely out. Weird. This has happened multiple times ever since 2019 - 2024. Still don't have the SRS quite working yet. Good luck on trying to call and get ahold of anyone. This was the Corpus Christi, TX location. Sadly, this seems to be common at multiple locations. Aransas Pass, TX, took six months to get the refrigerator I ordered, that was "instock" Lo & behold, it was the wrong one when it arrived. Their delivery service through "Spirit" horrible. Not Lowe's employees but executives are responsible for vetting delivery companies. They destroyed my front door threshold, tore the weather stripping and damaged the door frame. I even tried to help them, but they were rude and didn't care. They dropped it and wouldn't you know, the fridge dies, unrepairable by manufacturer nor the warranty would cover. Took another 6 months to get restitution. Lowe's is okay if you want to get some screws and some lumber and DIY.
