I am COMPLETELY lost when it comes to makeup. I know a couple VERY basic things, but when I had to get ready for a fancy event, I wanted to stand out and leave it to the pros!
Jax was that pro! He knew just the look I was going for! And he took his time to be sure the look would last all evening.
I really appreciated his patience and we had a really good time talking about music and other fun stuff.
He also didn't mind my friend hanging out and watching. She also had questions about products and he helped her decide which items would work best.
I feel like I have a new bestie now lol. I'll be sure to stop and just say hi anytime I'm in the mall lol

I took my daughter in for makeup and I can not recommend this store enough! Jaxon was amazing!!! They did a beautiful job and she left with so much knowledge and her makeup was STUNNING. Jaxon is our go to person for makeup from now on.

The workers here are so nice and helpful. I was in need of a new foundation, the one I had didnāt match my skin tone and one of the workers helped me find a lighter foundation and did my makeup for me to see how the foundation would come out and it was the perfect match! ā¦. Sad I didnāt get her name but I would definitely recommend this MAC store!

First time visiting MAC in a while. I have always been a little worrisome about makeup and trying new techniques. My experience today put my mind at ease. Jaxon was very nice, knowledgeable and taught me a few things while applying my makeup. Very good customer service.

I honestly went in just to get a foundation sample because I left mine back home while traveling, but i had such a good experience here, I bought the whole bottle. I believe the young man that helped me was named Jay. He was so pleasant and explained everything very well. He even gave me primer samples. Great experience!

Jay was my consultant. Let me tell you just in the first minute of introducing ourselves he asked all the right questions. He understood my concerns and made sure he picked products for my skin. He made me feel comfortable and more confident in wearing makeup. All I can say is thank you Jay, you're amazing!!

My daughter and I were in last week for foundation color matches and we had the BEST time. Jay was our consultant and we couldnāt have been more thrilled! We felt taken care of, through and through! Canāt wait to return to buy more amazing MAC products!

I have been using Mac for years and absolutely love the quality of products. They have extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff here and a good selection. I received immediate attention and was not rushed or pressured just to buy products. There were a few items I wanted that was not available at this location and she just called to the Dillards store and had them brought right over to me. I highly recommend this location and the product line of cosmetics. Keep up the good work!
