Customer service is good. Bathrooms are way too far away way up on the third floor no bueno. Janitorial staff could do a little bit better in the cleanup. Too Dusty and the entrances the glass doors are dirty. The carpet looks like it hasn't been vacuumed in months too many stains on carpets in the backstage area when I go to JCPenney I see the janitorial staff cleaning wiping down the entire door but I saw a janitorial in Macy's and she was just sweeping corners by the doors. A nice department store like that needs to be maintained more properly

It's INSULTING that according workers here, the winter stuff was sent back due to 'the season being over'. Whoever is in charge of seasonal stock should fired for incompetency. Would not recommend Macy's for seasonal attire if this is their usual practice.

The associate aiereclie needs to be fired, I told her to pass me to the supervisor and she wouldn't and I simply asked her to have them look at my application and call me back and she wouldn't and keep asking me the same questions instead of just do what was asked of her bad customer service I told her I wanted to speak to a Manger not her. Please fire he she trying to prevent further employed acting as though she the director.

I’ll have to say, NOT impressed with the department’s merchandising. Very disappointing. Store looked old and shabby. JC Penny was very well organized, clean. DILLARD’s was on point ! Organized, Clean, FRIENDLY! Every staff member said hello! Great pricing with decent sales

Great selection of clothing, fragrances, and jewelry. Prices are on the expensive side, but the quality of the merchandise is worthwhile. The household goods portion of this Macy's has been shut down, which is regrettable, but this doesn't detract from the high quality of the store's?other merchandise. Hopefully the household items will make a comeback. Highly recommend!

The carpets are disgusting. Huge old stains throughout the store.
I would think you would want the store to shine throughout and not appear to be uncared for.
The stains are huge and should be addressed, to attract clientele that is willing to spend money in this location.

Ordering online to pick up in store is a waste of time you’ll never receive the order and when a month has past on a 5-8 day pick up they’ll make you wait 10 days for a refund! This has happened 4 times already !

I wasn't greeted at all while shopping, and the men’s department was pretty underwhelming. I thought the store was being renovated the last time I visited because many sections were curtained off, but it looks like they just cut back on their selection.
The store needs a lot of TLC. The carpets are heavily stained and held together with tape, and the flickering lights throughout the store are really harsh on the eyes. It’s honestly sad to see how rundown my local Macy’s has become. I might come back eventually, but it won’t be anytime soon.

Drove right up to front row parking, lighted parking lot I like that alot. Macys had some great sales today in every department. Store including dressing rooms was clean, and I like that alot too. Salesclerks were the friendliest and most attentive I have encountered in a long long time at any department store. You'll go check out the sales, you will surely find some great bargain!!!
