“These ladies are the very Best, on this day it was a Sunday this past Sunday I had a very large amount of Milwaukee drill sets needing to be shipped out and each with there own labels 51 plus another different package. We'll in a matter of what I thought was going to take a minimum of a hour these 2 delightful ladies teamed up never stopped smiling and had labels printed and in the slip like they only had a item 51 drills individually shipped to same person. Each experience I have had has been a great one and if I didn't know this group definitely informs me. So 2 my UPS ANGEL'S THANK Y'ALL LADIES and by the way these 2 were the 1st ones that helped me the very first time and I absolutely pray I always get them. “The post office doesn't get much positive press so I wanted to help change that vision. I messed up an address. Tried calling vendors and online services to help. Finally decided to go to the source. So thankful I did! Morgan at the front desk was kind, helpful, patient, and efficient. She helped me track the packages, make the changes in the system and passed on to her supervisor who called the driver and then me within 20 minutes. Grateful that my packages have now arrived and the changes needed were made. It's all about relationships. These folks were awesome! Way to go USPS!”

I'm a very light Ebay seller and had been informed 3 days after getting OK to send that the buyer had been canceled and all transactions deleted (who knew they could do that?). I submitted and "Intercept" request on a Sat morning and called the destination PO to be sure. Gladys answered and was EXTREMELY friendly, helpful and reassuring.
