Truck broke down in December. Gabe helped get great rate for tow. They were very busy but worked around schedule to look at it. PCM computer is bad after several checks of other possibilities. Soon it will be fixed. Little delay in parts. Everyone there is great !! I highly recommend Make Ready Plus \\u0026 Gabriel \\u0026 team -Zack \\u0026 Robert!!

I never write reviews but this business compelled me to as a warning for others if nothing else. I cannot speak for any of his other work, as it may be satisfactory or better, however my experience was far less than “okay” or “acceptable”. I went in for a dent repair and subsequent paint on the bed of my truck. The owner was nice enough and provided a reasonable price (do not pay this man up front), however his paint work was disturbingly bad. My truck was left with paint drips, over spray, and not a quality paint match. The owner agreed this work was not up to standard (after delaying the pick up date multiple times for his own personal issues) and said I could bring it back to get it redone. Fair enough, second times the charm right? Hell no. He had my truck yet again to repair HIS mistakes and ended up having my vehicle for 3 more days than promised leaving me vehicle-less for longer than expected for the second time and in a tough position. When going to pick my truck up for the second time I notice yet again horrible work, over spray, and the paint wasn’t even dry. Additionally he painted over my stickers (clear protectors and model stickers) when previously it was discussed that that is not what I wanted and was not okay. He then proceeded to LOOSE my keys and had me and my partner searching his horribly disorganized garage with him for approximately 30 minutes in this Texas heat we all know only for him to find them in his pocket?!!! Completely unprofessional. I told him I wanted a partial refund as the work was not okay and he got angry and upset and exclaimed NO REFUNDS. I have reported him to the BBB and hope no one else has to endure what I did. I took my truck elsewhere, highly recommend Ricks Auto Repair, where it was further discovered the slimy work that was done. The paint did not dry and simply peeled off the bed of my truck most likely due to cheap materials. Whatever you do DO NOT LET HIM TOUCH YOUR PAINT. He is not a trust worthy guy in the paint department and I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here and have them go through the mess I endured.Service: Body & Trim

Went there to get a dent that I had on the back side of my bumber. The owner was friendly, and straightforward and gave a reasonable price for the repair. The repair was done quickly and really exceeded my expectations. Saved me alot of money . Will definitely return thank you.

I went to fix my windshield and he guaranteed his work for a lifetime and not even after 2 days, the crack extended 10 inches, his work is horrible, the only thing he's good for is for robbing people of his money, he's considered a thief, I hope no one goes here to spend money, his name is Gabriel.Service: Auto windshield leak repair

Did an amazing job restoring my headlights. 10 year old headlights look brand new again and I have a lifetime warranty on them looking that way. Owner is an amazing guy and really cares about vehicles. Will definitely be going back for future needs.
