If I could give this place zero Stars I would. I took some clothes in four pair of shorts.. 3 came back. Because I picked up the three they had it in the computer as the order was picked up although they knew one pair of shorts did not come back. The gentleman told that they would look for the other shorts and see what they could do. These were brand new shorts they had to have the tag taken off of them all I sent them to was to be starched. It's been 2 weeks I finally get to talk to the manager cuz they only have one manager they say. She said it takes 30 days for her to look for the shorts and then for me to fill out a claim form and it could take up to 90 days for me to get a refund for my shorts if they haven't found them. Meanwhile my grandson is a pair of shorts short from his school clothes. Nobody was on the same page store workers telling me the manager is going to call me back I spoke to her telling me all different stories and when I finally got to speak to the manager it was something totally different. So I'm just out of a pair of brand new shorts never worn. And when I asked to speak to the managers boss she said the only person over her is the owner and he was very busy and too busy to talk to me. If are we all I wouldn't do no business with Mark cleaners! Cuz I promise I never will again!

Took a shirt there to get it pressed and creased. I received my shirt back and it was only dry cleaned. I called back and explained what i wanted. The woman began to argue with me. We don't crease shirts. Uniform shirts and pants get creased all the time. She continues to argue Saykng she didn't know. That they were just a drop off station. Worthless and don't know a thing. I don't recommend.

I worked here for a few days. I was not taken seriously. The expectations were unrealistic. The Tracy lady who hired me was ableist and insensitive. Peoples clothes were going missing all the time, and the bathroom was gross. Stuff was always going wrong. Horrible business. Don’t give them any of your money. Horrible pay too. If you go here often, eventually you will be disappointed. The truck that transfers the clothes to and from the stores to the plant everyday is filthy and the driver smokes with the clothes in the van!
